We had a very pleasant and safe stay at this resort in Kolli Hills. It's a great place for families and couples alike. The staff were extremely friendly, well-mannered, and made us feel at home throughout our stay.||The hospitality and service were excellent--truly appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and well-prepared. Overall, it's a budget-friendly stay, especially during March, and offers great value for money.||Highly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

Once you enter kolli hills, you can find Nalla Thambi Resorts would welcome you with a an antique appeal. One of the favourite destinations of film stars and ambience is top notch. Amenities like Swimming pool, ample car parking space and hospitality won't be seen everywhere. Healthy staff behaviour, complimentary breakfast with campfire and other activities too. The most important aspect is it suits everyone..

Best value for money stay in Kolli hills. This was my 8th or 9th time visiting Kolli hills and this place is hosted by really friendly and nice people. The property manager Bala takes personal care of the guests ensuring everyone is cared for. The property is aging but we were told that renovations are underway. Resort offers great value for money and is on the main road, easily identifiable and navigable. The facilities for kids are also good. Overall the staff are also friendly and attentive ensuring your stay is memorable. Highly recommend this place for the great hospitality.

Myself Srinivasan,We stayed here for 2 days. The rooms were neat & clean. All staffs were very friendly. Specially Mr. Ravi from kitchen is very nice . Food & ambience were very good. Children's can enjoy a lot as there is a lot of spaces to play here. We came to kolli 4th time and we stayed in different properties. But NTR is the best among all.

Hospitality is very good. Very kind staff. They helped to get the car mechanic when my car broke down. Thank you. The rooms are neat, the bathroom could have been better. There was a cockroach in the wash basin. Try avoiding long weekends too much of a crowd. You might not be able to utilise all amenities because of the crowd, but ample space for car parking. Children play area is amazing. Kids will enjoy it. There was no mobile reception in that place, so I relied on wifi, but the router signal is not consistent. The chief cook Poovarasan is very polite and prepares nice tasty food. Complimentary Breakfast is really very good but ordering other than breakfast you have to give a second thought. It is too expensive, not really worth that money. They have generator power backup so no excuses for electricity failure. Overall it was a good place to stay. I would recommend this stay.

I stayed at this hotel( Nallathambi resort Kolli hills ) for two nights last week, and overall, the experience was quite good. The room service was decent, and the food met our expectations. However, I was disappointed by an interaction with the manager, Mr. Rajendran. When we requested a simple glass for drinks, which is a basic service provided by most resorts, he not only denied our request but also responded in a somewhat rude and unhelpful manner. We were shocked by his lack of willingness to assist or guide us, as it felt like he was strictly adhering to rules without considering the hospitality aspect of the industry. This was a surprising experience, as I've always believed that great service goes beyond just following protocols--it's about being friendly and accommodating. I hope this feedback helps the management improve their customer service in the future.

Not recommended - we paid 2,400/- #They didn't even provide a towel #They have swimming pool in the side of road (no privacy) we won't feel like using at all, all the people on road and visitors can see us. #Pool is not maintained, its just water stored in some plastic sheet, no cleaning, not changing water. #Dinner was not good, food was cold and no taste at all. #We asked the staff for a pair of glasses for water and after 1 hour i went inside kitchen and collected it. #I don't understand why they keeping the dustbin outside the room, if we are eating or if we want to throw some dry waste we need to go out of room on middle of night and dump it - please keep it inside the room.
