My friend had pre-booked for her wedding for us to stay by paying 50% already. They have given rooms to random walk-ins on the same day. We were waiting for 2 hours for them to give us rooms! Worst ever experience. Still we didn't get any answer why did they give rooms to others whej we had pre-booked the stay!
