Just had a one day stay at this hotel.. but it has all facilities needed. It has a TV with active DTH connections, which many hotels won't provide. It has a AC & Water Heater in working condition. Overall it's a very pleasant stay with all amenities needed, and I'll definitely recommend this to my friends.

Rooms were neat. A complimentary water bottle was provided. disappointments was reception person gave only one towel for a room where two person sleeps.

Good place to stay 24 hours check in available. Nice and clean room just a little expensive

Worst experience ever in my last 4 years hotel boarding experience. Every room windows are opened not able to close. Visible window in all rooms. They can see anything what you do inside the room they can watch through window. Anyone can theft your things in your room is easily through window. Don't stay in this hotel never. Check their windows before check in and decide

In main area, but their care for their guests are so low. Seems their moto is, you come to our lodge, stay and go, we won't give service, but pay the rent fully in advance. Not a suitable Residency lodge for family. Non veg cooking smell spreads all over the lodge due to a non veg restaurant in the ground floor. Not advisable to family.

It's 11.56pm. I am covered in mosquito bites. A few hours earlier a hotel staff member has rung my doorbell to tell me they are clocking off (why would I care?). As he leaves, he turns on a very bright night outside my room (I don't realise this at the time). A few hours later as I wake up in shock that it is bright outside, and COVERED in mosquito bites from the only bright light in the vicinity that is so close to my body. Did he know I would leave a bad review? I told him I wanted to leave a good one; but we both knew where this was heading. Earlier in the afternoon, a passport was not enough for the worker who wanted to photograph more forms of my ID cards to store on his *personal* phone. Is this being backed up on the cloud to his personal GDrive as well? Will the hotel refund 300 AUD if his account gets hacked and I need a new passport? What is their privacy policy? I ask if they can do laundry. Too hard, yet again. I ask him for a knife to cut a mango that I bought. That is far too difficult of course. They spend a while cross promoting their friends' restaurants, ringing my doorbell again with this useless information. It's 12.03am, and i start cycling in 4 hours after having ridden here from Kumbakonam the day before - I lay awake, unrested, and pretty upset by just how disappointing this hotel is. Now (12.06am) there are weird and loud noises upstairs. Why? I am the only guest here. Please don't stay here. I love supporting small businesses (I'm sure my reviews average 4.8 or something), but this place is beyond a joke and I hope it is the worst place I will stay in India, or anywhere, for that matter. To the hotel: - Delete my personal ID info from your phones - Treat your guests well. - Clean your gross rooms instead of sitting around watching TV (why not WORK whole you are at work?)

My stay was on 28.02.2022 night. Booked two Rooms, For my in-laws and to their kin's. It was is neat and clean. It is a lodge newly built, due to the good reviews I booked that lodge. It is sad to say that the lodge is for liquor consumption. But not for the family persons, the lodge management need to segregate the family guest away from those troublesome people. For the prolonged night, disturbed by hearing of their enjoyment sound and in the mid night those troublesome person were pressing the calling bell of my in-laws room. They Hate that terrible experience. For one room two blanket was provided, and for another only one blanket was provided. When asked for blanket, they charged Rs. 30. The lodge management need to learn the handling of all type of customers and has to provide the best quality experience to them. Only trustable person in the management is Vignesh, as long he was there things was right.
