Hotel SBL Rameswaram

Worst experience there's no proper service and location wise is also not good. Hotel owner is not a genuine and trustable guy. Actually I have booked the hotel for three days initially but due to some reason I just state for two days. I had discussion with hotel owner regarding this and he told that he will refund my one day money but he need few days for this due to some online booking processing. I came back to Delhi and called him after few days. Initially he did not pick my phone call then I called with different number. He picked my called and all the time said I am just sending your money but he did not retfund my one day amount. Now you guys can understand if hotel owner does not has words so what you can expect staff and other services. Don't book this hotel.

Worst experience. Booked three rooms, nothing was available. Not even basic facilities like water, tea, blankets, pillows. AC was not working, Bathroom was not working either.. One bathroom jet was not working other the water was leaking from the geyser, and other flush was not working. Nothing available for food. When we asked for them to give towels and get some water they said that nothing is available. The coordination among the staff was really bad. No plumber or electrician on the soot to repair the bathrooms and the AC. Very dirty rooms All types of insects were roaming around as soon as we entered the rooms and they were smelling.Would not recommend for staying... High cost but zero facilities.

The worst room ever. Do not take this room at all. Every place is dirty. The room we took was in the worst condition. The owner had taken advantage of the rush hours during December. The bathroom was fine but the bedsheets were torn, dirty. The cupboards were all moldy and on top of that there was construction going on.

It's a very good experience to stay in this hotel .. Beautiful location to visit near by areas.. I'm really happy to stay in this hotel..
