NANDHINI BEACH VIEW RESORT & HOTEL

Very bad customer service and pricing model. I requested rooms for 14 members and they promised with 3500 per room and they weren't open for negotiation. Told that the checkout time is 11:00AM When confirming the booking, they changed the checkout time from 12:00PM to 9:00 PM because they have the next guest coming in. I was open to that, but asked them to reduce the rate, but they refused to do so. Reduced the time but not reducing the price. Worst customer experience.

A very beautiful place to say.. Can hear the wave sound from the room. Neat and clean bathrooms!

The only best thing about this resort is the location. Room was ok. It's good for a one night stay. Swimming pool was not clean. You can enjoy a bath in beach and clean up in swimming pool. Walkable distance to beach is the best thing about this resort.

Nandhini Beach Views Rooms would be a more ideal name for this property. It is a set of Four Beach Facing room. Neatly maintained rooms and Beach was hardly 200 Meters away from room. The front office person was responsive. This is where the good part ends. It is located in the middle of nowhere and booking is handled by a staff from Aruppukottai who has no idea about the current status of property. They said all the meals can be arranged at additional cost but when we reached the property we were told that the chef was on leave. And they could have atleast informed this well in advance. We had to go to La Palmera for Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast which was indeed good as well. There was no flowing water in the rooms. The person in charge took efforts but it was in vein. And if you call the Aruppukottai office after you check in, for sure they will not answer your call. The cable in television was also not working during check-in. But they were able to sort out this one issue. Then while booking they show a glass boat which they said will be available in property for additional cost. But truth was only local fisherman boat which are unsafe were available. Even for that we were told it costs Rs. 3000. Rather go to Vembar Port and negotiate yourself. We were able to do the same for Rs. 1000/- In all a good room with the worst possible service. For their service, the tariff they charge is not worth.

It was an excellent place for bachelors and family you guys can enjoy the nature and sea view rooms and also they have a small pool which is not so clean but when it comes to food it's awesome. Bit costlier but we can enjoy the food as you requested to do they will do the dishes.

Awfull of everything that what we're experienced and loved and enjoyed a lot and the food was prepared for us is absolutely adipoli... Thank you guys for serving us with love and laughts

Excellent beach view restaurant Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Definitely fine dining. It can worth it just near by beach also so full enjoyment and entertainment place pls visit all of them Highly recommended.
