Ganga Hotels

Visited today to Ganga lodge. It was neat and tidy. But the front desk person is not accepting UPI payment. He says it's not working. Had to go to bank to get the cash and pay him. Owners please check this

Please don't book this hotel even for marriage functions!!! Rooms are not at all clean in first floor and when we checked with Mr.Muthu Manickam aged 70+ in front desk, he was very aggressive, and verbally abusive and spoke like you didn't book why should I speak with you, call the guy who booked.. But sadly it's bride father who booked and we can't disturb him during the marriage time so please avoid this hotel at any cost

Worst ever experience in my life would be staying in this hotel.. front desk person was very abusive and aggressive to us... we asked for change of room as the rooms were stinking with drainage smell, we asked us to leave if we don't like and can't give change of room.

Stinking rooms and aggressive front desk person, never ever go to this place. Rude and abusive person in the reception

Hotel Ganga (Ganga Lodge) Very aggressive and rude behavior from the front desk.. They refuse to Provide rooms for Oyo customers and they give other direct customers in huge rate . Very Bad...don't go for this hotel. even the will not provide complimentary water, Towels Etc...... If you want to stay in kanyakumari Besides this hotel there is another room available named.. Vishnu ram... Very gentle approach and professionals.
