Horrible stay. Poorly maintained. No room service, no toiletries. Dirty bathrooms. Door handle was jammed. Got stuck in the lift for 5 minutes. Too expensive for the poor service they provide. No maintenance .Dirty and messy stairs with used pillows bedsheets and beds. Impolite staff. They asked us to vacate one day early in a very rude way when they got a new booking for few days. While vacating the room, the staff were forcefully demanding extra money for them as tip. Never recommend. I wonder who gave them the rating! They charged Rs.2000 per day for this poor facilities.

Ihad a good stay. In the last week of September, my family and I had to travel for an emergency and reach Bannari around 2am. In that situation, I reached the personnel of this hotel. Although it was late at night and no prior enquiries were made, they responded properly and provided us with the room. Our stay was good and overall satisfied.

Excellent service. Walking distance from main road. Proximity to restaurants. Staff very polite, wash rooms very clean. Hot water available, car parking available and car wash too. Overall worth staying
