TERRIBLE HOTEL - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! This is the most pathetic hotel I have ever encountered. We booked Hotel Kayilai through OYO, paid the full amount in advance, and had a confirmed booking. But when we reached the hotel, the receptionist arrogantly told us there were no rooms available. No apology, no explanation--just a disgusting, rude attitude. The receptionist behaved like he was doing us a favor by even talking to us. The customer service here is non-existent, and the management is clearly clueless. They took our money and left us stranded with no solution or alternative. This is nothing short of fraud. This hotel is a complete scam! Avoid it at all costs unless you want to deal with rude staff, unprofessional behavior, and being cheated out of your money. OYO should blacklist this place immediately! DO NOT BOOK HERE--IT WILL RUIN YOUR TRIP!

I stayed in kayilai residency OYO rooms are very clean, premises is good, booking time is very easy and am very happy with OYO rooms and I will recommend as well. Its in budget and worth of Money..... location, service, safety, it has all the things which you look for in a holiday... Adults loved the location and cleanliness......
