Capital O 71618 Hotel Reech

The rooms are ok ok. Fans not available, Doormats not available, Bath Towels provided only on multiple requests. Intercom not available. Hot water available only in few rooms. Toiletries not available (only a medimix soap) Restaurant is not good. 3 Star Rating is fake. Unfit for start rated hotel. It is a general lodge facility with AC (w/o remote).

This is about single occupant - online booked room.. No fan in the room, only AC was available, it was a very slow running AC , it takes a long time to cool even a small room, so in the night also we will feel a humidity/sweat. No bucket, mug in the bathroom., western toilet seat and cover was kept separately ,so I used to lift it & keep it on the basin ,it kept on sliding.. Overall , Maintenance has to be improved. Anyway low cost ,normal room..

1. No person to pick your luggage, 2. Inside a small lane, 3. AC remote was not working, 4. Toilet flush was not working, 5. Can only watch south Indian channels for that also picture quality was worse, 6. Didn't provide extra mattress, slept on the floor over blanket for extra person booked, 7. Bed size is only for 1 person, 8. Room was not cleaned after previous check out. 9. Behavior of the manager and staffs are very poor.

Very poorly maintained. Ac not working in most of the rooms. If working the draining water is dropping inside the room and creating a pool. No floor mate. Very poor cleanliness. Walls painted during inauguration. No hot water. Overall a bitter experience. Not worth for money.

Awesome rooms. Good stay. Although the place looks like cheap from outside, it has. Very clean and tidy rooms. Washed bedsheets. A/c and TV is working in good condition. Surroundings is a bit congested and has lots of buildings. If that is not a problem, this is a wonderful place to say Oh, and this place doesn't have a diner. We have to go out to get something to eat

Hotel is good. Have many veg restaurant's close by. Standard AC and premier room was good. Linen was very clean. Need to go in a small lane (100 mts) to reach the hotel. It would be difficult to take big cars inside. Not much parking place available. Can park the vehicle on the main road.

Actually my plan is to visit Kanyakumari and decided to stay in Nagercoil which is headquarters of Kanyakumari district. I have booked a room in Hotel Reech through online without paying anything. Just i called them and informed about my booking and got confirmation. They didnt ask me to pay even after i reached the hotel. I have paid only during my check out time. Rooms are very clean and neat. It is very much suitable for family to stay. quite and calm place even though it is located in the city center of nagercoil. They dont have any restaurant but there is a Arya Bhavan pure veg restaurant which is just 50 meters away from Hotel Reech. That serves you better for your food needs. One cons about this hotel is parking. The connect road from main road to hotel (just 50 to 60 meters) is very narrow even for a single car. The parking place also little difficult for a car to turn if parking is full. Hope this helps.

Booked this hotel for a family visit to Kanyakumari through the hotel website. Booked a family suite. On reaching , the staff on the duty desk itself said that your room is not confirmed!! Which was a shocker since the confirmation was given by the hotel email itself. After some anxious moments and arguments the staff confirmed from someone and then gave the room. The rooms had dirty linen and filthy bathroom. On trying to put a complaint on the telephone number given on the confirmation email , the response was that this number does not exist. When we requested the front desk to clean the room they told us we can check out !! The situation turned hostile and we seriously considered moving out but unluckily nobrooms were available anywhere and also on the travel Apps. Decided to stay put for the night and endure the agony. The staff are not in any kind of dress and they do not know either English or Hindi. Parking for four wheeler is very limited and the entrance is through a very narrow lane. Good website but horrible staff. At your own peril.
