Hamsaa Heritage

We have booked AC room, but the AC was not working properly showing error, i have complained it to the reception and they said we will fix it shortly and it started working after few minutes, through out the night there was a malfunction with the AC. The next day morning I contacted the reception about this issue,the technician checked and told condenser issue and tried to fix it. But it was taking quiet long. So I requested for a change of the room, i was given another room but within half an hour AC was showing error. Was fed up and checked out the hotel. When I contacted the reception their reason for AC malfunction was not very genuine. I saw a control switch maybe I think they deliberately switch off the AC

The hotel is in Sankarankovil which is basically a temple town about 55 KMS from Thirunelveli and 140 KMS from Madurai City in the Rajapalayam Main Road. The hotel is in the heart of the Town. The rooms are moderately sized. In front there is parking space for around 10 cars. There is basement parking also, it seems. The room service were good. The rooms and bathroom were neat. The problem we faced was that the centralized AC in the room was locked at 17 degrees which became very coild and we could not reduce in the night during our sleep. Next day morning when asked the receptionist told it is because some people change temperature to hot and entire AC in all rooms will become hot. Had we requested in the night he would have unlocked our room AC. There is a very small swimming pool in the third floor which was locked for maintenance when we visited. They have a pure vegetarian restaurant in the ground floor which is good. They serve north and south indian food. Late in the morning and late night the food may get exhaused, so it is advisable to go to restaurant early itself. The hotel is booked by marriage parties in a group also; as we could see during our visit.

Good room for a family stay.. The price is also worth it.. Room service and canteen are also available.. Restaurants are also available.. Rooftop restaurant and kids play area available on top of the hotel... Room ac is working good.... Clean maintenance in room and restrooms...

Neat and clean rooms. Parking available. Restaurant is ok. No complimentary breakfast. Intercom not working.

A very good hotel in the temple town, Sankarankovil. Good facilities. Rooms are clean. Restaurant offers good south indian food.

Rooms were excellent and didn't expect this kind of hotel in this small town. Only thing was their swimming pool was not ready

Rooms were good and AC was fine. Good for comfortable stay. Adjacent marriage hall. Ample parking. Swimming pool was not functioning. Toiletries provided were the most miniscule one I ever came across.
