"DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE, NOT RECOMMENDED. We visited this hotel's restaurant expecting a pleasant lunch, But the customer service was a major letdown. Our server seemed disorganized, taking ages to deliver the food. When we asked for assistance, we were met with a dismissive attitude. For a hotel restaurant, we expected much better service and attention to detail."

It's the worst, we got 2 AC rooms yet the ACs weren't even working, the rooms was so dusty and the bathrooms are so messy and dirty. The staff don't even know the Wi-Fi password of the hotel's Wi-Fi. I recommend you to NOT check this hotel.

Had a very Wrost Experience while checking in room they said AC room after we done the payment they give only non-ac room and they came and letting us to check out within 10h of check-in for more the 10h we need to pay extra 1000rs very wrost staff behavior

Superb rooms, fan over osilation with sound, bathroom door lock front side not lock

Room was clean and neat. Staff are friendly. Flexible checkin and checkout.

Ok rooms, bit costly when compared to nearby rooms. Normal basic rooms.
