AGR's Shrii Devi Residency

We booked the room through "MakeMyTrip" Online service. We got two phone numbers. We contacted and confirmed our booking. On the day of our trip we tried to communicate our exact time of arrival. 1. But telephones have not connected. The electronic voice replied that ' service stopped'. The other number went to different hotel. We tried for more than 5 hrs . Poor communication. 2. This is a Marriage Hall and the rooms are attached /rented for lodging purpose. 3. No boarding, No lift, No phone, No Room service , No adequate Car Parking, No Watchman and even No Tea shops nearby. 4. We suffered with Intermittent supply of water and electricity. 5. Very noisy. Not worthy to stay. 6. We don't recommend it.

One of the best lodge and safest place to stay with friends and family.they having more facilities like hot water ,free wifi connection ,air conditioning etc....and staffs are so kind and responsibility.one of the main thing was it is located near temple. so this will be easy to visit the temple at anytime.

Nice room with full safety, service very nice and ambience very good, customer support very humble.

Rooms were tiny but economical. Cannot have more than 2 adults and 1 child. Located nearby (walkin g distance) to temple. UPI or cash only, no card payment available. Can park around 3 cars. Food is not available. You can get water though from cans..

Irresponsible people. Very tiny bathroom. U can't even turn. Bathroom lights not working. After check-in AC not working. Fan not working. Even though they refused to give alternative room. They are telling us to adjust though there is no Fan or AC. Full of mosquitos . There is not even a single person for room service. Only one staff , in reception who will always be chatting in mobile and will not answer you. Nearby there are some other good hotels.

I asked and given an AC room. I checked in and there AC not working. Fan also not working. Night time without both, how could you be in the room. While we asked in the reception, they send an electrician and he make the fan work, but they asked us to consider it as Non AC. After that bathroom light not working. Again we asked , he asked us to adjust. When we asked for change of a room, the staff refused, telling that all other rooms booked ,only suite room is available. But he refused to give that room, though i told them I'm ready to pay extra for suite room. Hotel full of mosquitoes. Poor staffs .

Good car parking facility. Easy access to Chennai Highway. Good service. Highly recommended lodge in Samayapuram for families.

Good budget hotel in samayapuram Tiruchirapalli. Staff are good with peaceful location just opposite samayapuram marriamman temple thepakulam. Smiling staff and ready to help at anytime. Location is just near the Chennai Trichy bye pass road|Would surely recommend to all.
