Zibe Salem by GRT Hotels

The rooms are clean and the service very good. Pleasant staff and helpful. The only drawback was lack of proper accommodation for the drivers accompanying you. It is very important that drivers are given a decent place to rest and change. My driver complained of rude behaviour from the security men and had a tough time sleeping at night. Would be happy to even pay for his stay. He was offered only bed sheets to sleep though I requested fr a bed and offered to pay as well. Wish I knew earlier about this so that I could have arranged for his stay elsewhere,

As a frequent traveller to Salem and a visitor to their property, the check in process takes less than a minute. Yes you hear it right, less than a minute! As my details are obtained way before arrival, the receptionist is efficient in facilitating the reservation all time. 24/7 service is available, the security is excellent too. Ample of car park space available down the ramp. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and nothing more you could ask for. The room amenities, cleanliness and comfort exceeds the 3 star rating. Most importantly their breakfast is too good not to be missed. In case you forgotten your toiletries, worry not the rooms are equipped with Dove range head to toe, laundry bags, and the list goes on. Excellent experience. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Great food.||||I traveled with my family which includes a 9 year old. It was a great experience.||||The breakfast spread was good. Also, the demonstration of tamil heritage on the walls is noteworthy.

Excellent food, room. bathroom, AC. Staff is easily the highlight of this hotel. While there can be better language skills, their attention to detailed needs, making sure total satisfaction at every requirement, is exceptional..Beds were a bit too soft, we has sleeping issues. Since it was just an overnight stay, i am sure they would have taken care had we requested them to address. The approach road and parking is narrow

Check-in was quick and staff are super quick. They have Valet parking. rooms are not so spacious, but for stay of day or two should not matter. Location of the hotel is in heart of Salem. Bathrooms are spacious and are clean. They have very quick room service. Food quality was good. Breakfast spread was very good and taste was very good. Check-out experience was also very good. Overall the stay was pleasant. Definitely would recommend others and also will opt for this hotel to stay in Salem. ||||Only concern was some guests were smoking in their room which is non-smoking room/zone had to complain twice as the smoke was circulated in our room also.

Very good and economical hotel. Located in centre of the city and easy access to near by shopping places. Perfect for family stay.||Rooms are clean and neat, breakfast is fine, not that great but value for money.||Staff are friendly and helpful. Would visit again if needed.

we had a fantastic stay . Located in the central hub of Salem in the midst of Salem's shopping area . Its about 10 minutes drive from the railway station. Well maintainted business hotel . The team was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable . the rooms are spacious and trendy looking . the breakfast buffet had a variety of options.

We stayed at Zibe Salem to visit nearby temples and sites for 3 days and also on the return journey.||The hotel staff took good care of us from arrival to room transfer.||||The breakfast is the highlight. Especially the 'Sambar' and the 'Pongal'. It was very authentic and all the days we enjoyed a very excellent breakfast.||||The rooms were kept clean at all times. The scope for improvement could be lack of 'Balconies/Windows'. ||||Overall a very pleasant stay!
