One of the worst hotel in salem staff was very worst character this hotel not suitable for families it's only for -- not clean rooms full bed bugs if this hotel owner see this kindly change your staff and put some good hearted person for recpection not worth for money 1200 rs

Today is 11.11.2024. They have charged 1500 for single cot, two can sleep. With AC. I think it was ok

Please don't stay in this place, I booked this lodge for my family after seeing sample rooms but we were given different rooms which is completely from what we saw. It's horrible, unhygienic, pathetic customer service. Definitely not for families hope u understand what I mean it

Worst hotel I ever met and worst behavior and arrogant people. Please don't book this hotel even not suitable for one rating also. We have booked two rooms for family in online for 1400rs. when we gone for check in the hotel staffs behaved very bad and they showed us very dirty rooms no body can stay there and it was not at all suitable for family and it has very bad smell, we have requested them to give other room by that time they were speaking very rubbish with us and they told us for this much money we can give you only this type of rooms, this room is only more that we are providing to you. if you want to stay stay in these rooms only if you don't want to stay means go and we will give it to others for 2000 rupees. They are cheating people by showing less price in online once the people booked rooms and go for checkin they will show us bad rooms and make us to cancel the booking and they will not revert back our money. Please don't go for booking this hotel if you are looking for family and clean rooms means. worst experience we had. Worst people they don't even know how to behave with guests.

Hotel was good and rooms are spacious. Location is near to Salem Railway Station. Easily accessible food services are not that good. But, nearby many good hotels are there so thats not a problem. Overall, service was good and economical hotel. The staff are too friendly. I was staying there for an interview in Salem. So its overall, good experience for me.

Worst experience from OYO. This old room costs me 900. Unhygienic room. No towel and blankets available. Dust all over there. I think public bathroom in bus stands may be better than this. No shower, now faucet for closet. Speed very slow. You have to wait 15 minutes to fill the bucket before bathing. Dont fall for the photos you see in OYO.

This is middle class lodge, no food service

Dont stay in this hotel. Poor hospitality by staff(no dustbin in hotel room, TV is not working and saftey issues). Dirty room and bathroom they don't even clean washroom for guest. Overall worst experience for a traveller from outside. For drinking persons the hotel is best not for family
