One of the greatest and coolest property in Salem. I am a regular visitor of Salem for my business. This property Sivaraj Holiday Inn makes me to feel comfortable as my home. The staffs are so friendly and lovely. Recently I organised a lunch meet for my business clients, the banquet manager Mr Boopathy who made this so easy and put a smile on everyone. Thank you very much Mr Boopathy for his humble gestures and friendly approach to everyone. His service and commitment to his customers and businessmen like me is really appealing. Overall it was, it is and it will be all a great experience with this property

We stayed overnight. Very close to railway station and new bus stand. Decent size rooms. Prompt response by the staffs. Good facilities and Excellent service. Tasty breakfast, Must try..The most memorable moments are created. Surely visit this place again.....

Had a birthday party. Excellent reception and cuisine.|Mr Yuvaraj was courteous and friendly. This place is one one of a regularly visited restaurant and hotel in heart of Salem. Pretty much few yards to Salem Bangalore highway and has easy connection to Salem junction.

I stayed for one night at this hotel and had a mixed experience. I initially saw a rate of 2,500 on the MakeMyTrip app, but upon arrival, the hotel staff quoted 5,500 plus tax. So, I ended up booking through the app itself, paying around 3,600. Once booked, they informed me that only twin-sharing rooms were available, which felt a bit unfair,as if we were being treated differently for booking online. Since we were running late for an event, we didn't argue further. The receptionist was quite unwelcoming, with no smile or willingness to help. However, I must appreciate the security and parking staff.they were polite and very helpful. The food was a letdown. We paid 1,200 for a chicken fried rice and butter chicken, which didn't match the quality you'd expect from a star-rated hotel. The taste was more like a regular local eatery. On a positive note, the room and amenities were excellent. The interiors were modern and clean, with comfortable beds, sofas, and wellmaintained bathrooms. Overall, a decent stay, but service and food quality need serious improvement

Location is heart of city. Very near to Fairlands Salem. Hotel has almost everything in near by radius. Checkout and check in takes time than usual hotels of this standard. Very good rooms and clean bathroom. Cost wise it's very affordable for the standards they offer.
