Siva Lodge

Last night, as my wife was unwell, we stopped our travel from Yercaud to Chennai and stayed in this lodge. We had our kids as well. We checked in at 10 and just for over night stay they charged 1400. There were many bed bugs as well. When we went inside the room it was oil painted and full of warnish smell. We had 2 kids and they were sweating. So at around 2 am. I asked them to switch on the AC, for which they asked extra 500. I paid the same and when the AC was switched on , it was not working properly, even if we keep it at 16 degrees. I complained and the manager told it was recently serviced. The next morning we checked out at 6 am and while we are going out, the care taker of the lodge shamelessly was asking for tips. We suffered alot for that one night stay with my wife and 2 kids and they are asking for tips. Avoid this place of stay if you are going with family.

It's neer to the sengunthar muthaliyar thirumanamandapam marriage halls. If you want to attend any function there and plan a stay for that. This one is good option.

Value of money... Safety for family. Easy accessible to bus stand and other locations. Can enjoy local foods...

Rooms are not good no lift 3 rd floor for temporary who came for wedding they will book,

Siva lodge is very beautiful rooms and it's excellent cleaning in this rooms, the rooms is very luxurious , that is why I referred my family and friends

Worst service! We have come here for a marriage in the nearby mandapam. We left our aged aunt in the lodge as she was not feeling well and was asleep and lock the door from outside for her safety.. Lodge staff switched off the main from outside and she was in Dark without fan for more than an hour. When questioned the staff arrogantly answered "It was your fault to have locked the room from outside. He was quarelling without any apology like a gundas". Completely unworthy lodge and service which survives only because there are no lodges nearby. I request the lodge owner to change the staff or shut down the lodge. While we have paid charges for AC Room for entire day, who gave you the right to Turn Off the mains from outside without even asking us? If its his mom, will the staff or owner behave like this? Also no bedsheets are provided in beds. Extra beds are so thin that it looks like a comforter..Worst ever lodge and most undeserving lodge

Approached sos studio in the first floor and was happy with the service

It is a famous place in ammapet near roundana. It has shops on the ground floor and rooms at the top. It contains MEDPLUS (medical shop, barber shop, saloon, the professional couriers, browsing centre) and other shops nearby, So think what is your need. Rooms are average and you should think before you book this place. It is nearly a complex and it is not lodge.
