Worst Experience Ever - Avoid This Hotel at All Costs! We booked our room well in advance and travelled a long way, expecting a decent stay. But guess what? Upon arrival, they casually told us all rooms were full! No call, no message, no update--absolutely nothing. They just left us stranded. The staff were rude, careless, and totally unprofessional. It felt like they couldn't care less about customer service or basic courtesy. This place runs on zero responsibility and full arrogance. An absolute disaster of a hotel. Don't even think about booking here--it's a total scam of time, money, and patience!

The rooms are clean. Staffs are very polite and easily approachable. It was a nice stay

Terrible behaviour from the receptions. I had made the booking through booking.com but the host denied us to check in. He said the rooms were full. This keeps happening here is what I heard from other guests. They give the room to walk in guests but keep options open online

Booked non AC room here on 09.01.2024 1AM. The double room cost 700 rs which is considerably low compared to any other lodges and the room was neat and clean. Staffs were very polite. Worth for this price range

The rooms are very clean and humble persons in reception frendly moves. Worth for cost good luck i got the great experience

Even though old buildings rooms are maintained well. The receptionist is a nice contact . It is nearby railway station
