"Pathetic and unprofessional experience. I personally visited the hotel, checked the room, and came to the reception to finalize the booking. The AC was not working properly, so I tried to negotiate a fair price. Instead of simply refusing, the staff--two men, one middle-aged and one older--pretended to consider my offer. Just as I was about to fill out the form, the older man suddenly claimed that the room had been booked by someone else over the phone. This happened while I was standing right in front of them, actively discussing the booking. They didn't even have the basic courtesy to ask me if I was taking the room before handing it to someone else. This is not just poor service; it's outright disrespectful and unprofessional. If they were not interested in negotiating, they should have been honest instead of wasting my time and insulting me in the process. A hotel that treats walk-in guests like this cannot be trusted. I do not recommend this place to anyone who expects even the slightest level of professionalism or basic human decency. Stay away!

Had a very bad experience each day at this hotel. But to be clear its the fault of their reception staff. If they recruit the receptionist after proper interview and guidance and also keep an eye on them the hotel can become best in town.just honest opinion based on experience.

This Hotel Rooms are very nice . But wifi is not working . If any one coming on official visit this hotel is not suitable , since surely they will have some urgent works in system onces reaches hotel after completing customers visit . Secondly Hot water is not coming In rooms with full pressure . For filling of one Bucket have to be very patience . If MD of this hotel focus on this two issues it will be better for recomding to others also . Food is ok .. many hotels like veg , Non veg available near to this hotel .

parking facility is not available for all. Poor customer service. They have not even kept water in the room. bedsheet,towel,soap are not provided . Not worthy for our money
