A cosy little place for good conduct of events. Everything os good except the approach road which is narrow.

We booked multiple rooms for a marriage function here. After the guests have arrived on the booked date, there was a confusion in the rooms. Seems the same rooms were booked by someone else before us and they didn't provide any backup for us. So, after we checked in the rooms, we were forced to move out of the property without any other bookings and we were stranded in the middle of the night with 20+ plus people including families without any proper place to stay.

Budget friendly stay near the highway. It's a new building with clean 2bhk apartments. Covered ample car parking space is an added benefit. We can use kitchen utensils along with free unlimited RO drinking water. Overall it was a great relaxed pitstop on the way from Bangalore to Kerala.

Wonderful stay. Located just behind manipal hospital. Very comfy rooms and courteous staff

Good budgeted service apartment. Staffs are good. Room is clean and neat. Ac, LED with DTH available. Cupboards available.No restaurant available. But you can good food with in 50 m distance.

Clean and cozy rooms. Common area, kitchen available. When I stayed, there were maintanence work on the roads so couldn't use the parking but ample parking space available. accessible very near to bypass backside of manipal hospital.

Nice Place and close to Highway and Manipal Hospital. Rooms are clean and Spacious. No Lifts available. So if you are with old people, please ask them to provide 1st Floor rooms.

Very very arrogant and rude behaviour of the receptionist.. We have literally stayed in the room for half and hour with our friends
