Radisson Hotel Salem

The experience was very delightful. We enjoyed the stay very much. The staf was very welcoming, the service provided by the hotel staff was wonderful. The room was the best part. We did not feel like leaving the room at all. The room was very clean and cosy. All the assets in the room from the bed to the bathroom were flawless. The food was very delicious without a doubt along with innumerable varieties. Our family enjoyed the stay and we are looking forward to visit you soon.

The hotel is well connected but little outside the city. We were in a business class room so the room was great with all amenities like ironing table, toiletries, a safe and they even provided a crib for my 8 month old baby. The spread for breakfast was average and not very exciting however the taste was fine. The swimming pool was clean however small but serves the purpose. Cleanliness was good at the hotel and staff is really polite and helpful. Overall it's good value for money hotel and I would recommend it.

Business trip made very comfortable thanks to Radisson, Salem. Housekeeping staff was fabulous, the room was always sparkling clean, laundry services were used & enjoyed! The view from the room was beautiful with mountain and palm trees. (It's a shame the layer-parking structure obstructs the gorgeous view partially). The pool is beautiful and the views are pretty there too! Breakfast had a huge spread of many different items from Indian specialties to continental preferences. Highly recommend this hotel!

A nice hotel here in Salem. Hospitality was great and room was fantastic. Food is awesome. Don't miss the Buffet there. Breakfast buffet is great and so as the dinner buffet. Lots of choices. I haven't tried the lunch here yet. Highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best posh hotel in Salem. Having all the amenities & the rooms are so spacious. They have Ball Room and Dining for Big events and party halls for limited crowded events. Food taste was awesome. Service is also great. Design & infra is so good

It's an ideal location for travellers going to Munnar or other hill stations as a stop over and relax, it's on the outskirts of the town yet accessible. Don't miss the morning buffet if you are staying here. The restaurant kebab factory is simply fascinating with evening live kitchen and the other outdoor sittings are well set. Tangerine servers the best buffet and urban dhaba the pub inside is a good mood elevator. Other than good food and relaxed environment the staff are well mannered and warm.

Had a comfortable stay. Friendly staff like divya from reception and salman from restaurant made it more friendly and comfortable.Enjoyed the food and service. Had good veg options for breakfast. Room was clean and tidy. All together a comfortable and relaxed stay.
