This hotel has a good location near the New Bus Stand in Salem. It is easy to find. It is inside and no cars are allowed n the steep so we had to walk a few blocks with our luggage check was no problem for us. The staff at the hotel was the most friendly and hospitable. Although they do t have a restraint they offered us room service with tea and coffee every morning. The only issue we had is we had no WiFi reception. The WiFi was not good enough to use in our room. We advised the staff but it never worked for us. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay

A budget hotel located in the prime location of salem city. It is walkable from bus stand. Rooms are clean and well maintained. I received a warm welcome at the eception. Room service is available. People are friendly. Toilets are clean. Hotel provides complementary water bottle, soap and shampoo. The road to this hotel is narrow and car parking is difficult.

A complete scam in the name of 2 Star Hotel.
1. AC didn't work properly. Complaint has raised, They gave other room. There also AC didn't work properly. Maintenance guy checked & says that we didn't know to operate the AC remote. Such a idiot fellow.
2. No Channel other than "Sun TV".
3. Got extra bed, The service guy didn't spread the bed sheets properly. Pillow covers has not given & Pillows were full of dirty patches.
4. Maintenance guy & Service guy came inside with their dirty scandals. No common sense.
5. Car parking is available. But the streets are completely parked by Bikes. Parked car couldn't move out from the street. The hotel people didn't help in that part.
After raising these many cons about their hotel. The man in the reception keep showing attitude. Such a disgusting fellow.
Never book this hotel. It's a friendly advice from a common man.

Rooms - Very neat. Basic amenities present. No sunlight. Light has to be on all day Staff - Very professional and courteous Service - Average. But even orders like tea and coffee take time. Location - Very busy area with electronics market. Difficult for 4 wheeler to navigate. Other facilities: Laundry, Tea/Coffee/Dry snacks, Generator, Soap & Towels, Room cleaning, no own restaurant but staff buys you tiffin/dinner from restaurants outside.

Decent place to stay, cordial staff. Neat premises. Right inside commercial street in Salem town. You can step out and reach high class veg restaurants in less than 5 mins. Tuck shop is open in premises 24 hrs so you can get snacks and soft drinks anytime. Navigating a car to the property needs some skill though

This is the best hotel in salem at best price. If anyone is planning to stay in salem, please consider this hotel first. Everything is systematic. Well organised. Its servce is like 3-5 star hotel service. Very polite and professional staff. Room service is also available. 24 hour check out time. Free wifi available. Laundry is available. Towels and water bottle are given complementary for guests. Local is near to bus stop.

I stayed in this lodge for 5 nights as I was in Salem for a business visit. Location was good as it is very close to the new bus stand and few other prominent places. Rooms were ok sized, A c and tv were good. Best thing which I liked was the seem less high speed WiFi which they provide separately for each floor. ||Cons||1. They don't have a restaurant of their own|2. Lack of parking space|3. It's in the midst of a market||But over all its a good place for business and solo travellers. Worth the price!!
