I'm went to Salem, login manager very worst, Dharmapuri person not available Rooms from today informed. Please take action login manager......,

Pros: 1. Suitable for 2 persons, but can include one extra member. 2. Located in main area of Salem city. Hence easily accessible to near by places in the city. 3. Service is good. Cons: 1. No car parking available. Need to park in private parking nearby. 2. Not much clean. Bathroom are not much clean.

I went to salem for some work. I search for a hotel at moderate budget level, there found this residency, which is located very near to salem new bus stand - just few minutes walkable. The double bed room we opted was compact and good enough with needed facilities. No food facility was there except coffee or tea. We can our food at the nearby barbeque restaurant and vasantha bavan hotel. Also its was easy to get the bus to see various places in the city. One can choose this hotel for short stay. From here, we can also enjoy a trip to yercaud hill.

It was a hotel situated in the middle of the city with a beautiful terrace which had a good view. Service quality was very poor. They didn't provide any bedsheets or towels for a 2 bed room , we were given only one. Had to repeatedly ask for milk/ coffee in the morning . We travelled with aged people and such service caused a lot of inconvenience.

Spacious rooms but with no accessories in rest room. We booked a triple bedroom through booking.com, but on arrival we were given double bedroom with extra bed. The check-in process took more time, even after we shared the e-mail confirmation received by us, they insisted on verifying their hotel's mail, which they couldn't recheck due to slow net connection , which is not good for a hotel. They do not have in-house restaurant, since it is opposite to new bus stand, plenty of options are available. Suggest to take a room, which is not facing the main road to avoid noise during the night.

Easy to locate..but the hotel became aged..need to improve the amenities .online booking available..staff was friendly. But due to our door drainage near the hotel .it smells bad. The hotel inner rooms need to be alterd... They have room service but they don't supply food or tea outside their premises.. That needs to be improved in their segment.. Nominal rate at this location..

Worth for money( I got it in discounted price-online/// It is costlier if you rent directly from hotel) ! But they took 45mins to check-in. Check out was quick though. Cleanliness and neatness good to the level for money. They didn't provide the complementary food which was pre-ordered. Poor service at good locality.

I have been a regular here both with family and alone. The rooms are clean and are well lit. The parking is a bit of a problem as you have to take another road to park behind the hotel. There is a very good bakery and a veg restaurant downstairs. The bus stand is right opposite to the hotel.
