OYO 45147 Gem Residency

Don't have enough words to thank them. Excellent service and well maintained rooms. Had booked for 17 travelers, mostly senior citizen. They reached hotel at 1.15 am, staff helped them with luggage movement, they arranged transport for all in the morning. Thanks a lot!

Rating of 3.7 is deceptive. I wished it should be better considered the review points it has. It's old styled lodge with with zero Asthetics. Don't get trapped.

Nice room travelled in night from Chennai to Salem and had a good sleep after that since associated with Oyo rooms it ambiance is as Oyo bathrooms was so neat and clean and the bed and pillow was so soft as Oyo quality overall worth for money

Rooms located in 2nd floor and no lift or anyone to help us with our baggage. Though they say as AC rooms, AC isn't working

No lift.average rooms..Bathrooms average.a./c discharge outlet in bathroom.towels not tidy...Rooms have dust.regarging food not know the quality..

Very difficult to find the hotel route if you are using Google maps. Maps has showed me a route where the area is isolated.

NO LIFT. DIFFICULT TO CLIMB. RECEPTION AMBIENCE, BATHROOM NOT QUALITY
