Dear sir. This is to bring to your kind notice, that I was suffering from cold and fever, but early morning I was wondering without hot water to take bath... I asked the old person about hot water he said for non AC room there is no hot water, this was not communicated to me when I checked in... But everyone should have humanity to provide at least half a bucket hot water to take a bath I was ready to pay pay also but no proper response... Really I felt very sad such a big building there is no hot water facility also means it's disgusting. I humble request please satisfy your customer need then your business also will improve a lot... Please In future do the needful for the customers need..

I have stayed here for 15 days and have found the ambience to be homely.Staff has been too courteous and cooperative.. Thank the management and staff

It is fantastic experience for us. Very safe place for women and children, like our home. We suggest for all the family.

Basically, one of the great advantage is that, it is located on the highway and aside of Manipal Hospital. The rooms were neat and clean, provided with A/C, TV, Fan, Hot /cold water, and RO water. Rates are very economic. It is understood that only AC rooms are there. Single and double are available. If you want they will arrange for extra beds on extra cost. Pizza Hut delivery is available. One BOB ATM is available on the ground floor. Google Pay, PayTM payments are possible. Parking in front of the building is available. CCTV surveillance is there. For me and my family it was a good experience. No food facilities, but one hotel (Veg & Non veg) is available in the ground floor. Very helpful for highway passengers. The staff were very cooperative and friendly. Overall a nice place.

Worst stay, AC not working and very rudely behaviour. Not very clean. You get hot water but the bathroom is no so clean and be careful with the owners/ manager they just tell what ever to make yourself accommodate. To be Frank not a worthy option for 1000 bucks for AC which doesn't work.

Nice room.. No service from staff.. no cleaning.. broom and mop available at hall u can cleanup urselves. Lol!! Other than that it's affordable and worth it.
