Every time when I go to nearby shops I ate ice cream as the texture was smooth and soft creamy. It melts perfectly at each bite. A refreshing treat for a summer season, definitely going back more for ice cream. Every time the crowd will be there, but this icecream a worth buy for a wait! Other than this a taste was good as like before but due to heavy crowd during weekends a customer service became low!

We purchased sweets worth 1000 here. We were suspicious of the guy who was packing, as he kept all our boxes behind the counter. He gave bill and asked to pay at the billing counter. After payment, he just gave the bag to us and kept the bill with him. When we asked for bill he said it can't be given. After coming home when we opened the box, some of the sweet were not the ones we purchased. In fact we purchased expensive sweets, but he had switched with cheap ones. Not expected this type of cheap behavior from such a reputed restaurant chain. This is absolute scam. That's why they are not packing in front of customer, have a separate payment counter, and don't give you bill. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS HOTEL EVER.

Nice food when compare to other restaurants. Mostly rice meals everyone prefer to eat here. They call it "sapad "costs 90, they have there owner bakery , juice and ( 18 for cone) shops right before entry . Clean and we'll maintained.

On 04.05.2025, we went to Lakshmi Hotels located at the Old Bus Stand. While eating the Chilli parotta we had ordered, we found a rubber band in it. When we informed the server there, he took it away without even offering a small apology and simply said, "You don't have to pay for this." There is no proper respect shown to customers and the service is poor.

Very yummy masala dosa... The chutney powders and chutneys tastes so fresh.. Lot of seating inside.. Staff behavior also appreciable. Hygiene is well maintained.

Had a morning breakfast here. Tiffin varieties are good and rich in taste. Tiffin items are served in banana leaf, which they're following the traditional way , which i liked the most.

I ordered Gobi Dosa but they gave Mushroom Dosa and was asking Sorry.......Funny.... I accepted and had Mushroom Dosa. Service was a bit slow. Crowded for most of the time as it is located near Salem Old Bus Stand Dosa taste was OK. Neither too good nor too bad, but Quantity is very less. The dosa was a little bigger than our palms width. Disappointed.

Dut to worst experience with Lakshmi PRAKASH.!!! QUALITY GONE.OVER ATTITUDE WE ARE NOT CUSTOMERS, WE ARE PAID SLAVES TO THEM People will say this good hotel. But i will not accept, i am visiting this hotel from my childhood. So recently i can feel the hotel people attitude has increased a lot. Especially I guess they are from Madurai & tirunelveli where i can find by their slang. Literally they not giving respect to customers. They scolding when ask something. Also before talking they Will Look about how we dressed and for how much we buying, Based on that they are treating . Such a cheap attitude. If this hotel managed by this people means this hotel will down soon.
