Karthick Residency Salem

It is an average budget hotel . The room was ok . 1. Cleanliness = ok 2. Service = ok Observations :- 1. I found a squirrel inside the bathroom . I struggled to manage to drive out the squirrel. 2. In the health facet ( water sprayer ) water was leaking 3. In the flush out tank , water was continuously leaking and I couldn't stop it. 4. The bath room was not much clean . Lot of dusts were there 5. In the bed, the bedspread was not found changed 6. A/C also was not efficiently working 7. My booked room was found allotted to some other person . Not value for money . But just for one day stay , it is manageable .

Karthik residency, a place that cannot be forgotten that easy. It is very near to Ramalingam Hospital, Reliance Mall & Inox. Staff is very friendly, who was there to guide and help us through out the day and Night. Rooms are very spacious and we'll maintained. Prices are best in market. This will be my choice always if i am visiting Salem again. Should appreciate the ambience Karthik Residency provides. Thanks for making our trip memorable. Family Friendly.

My stay at this hotel, conveniently located next to the new bus stand, was made exceptional not just by its friendly staff but particularly by a remarkable man named Rajkamal. His kindness shone brightly when, noticing I was hungry late at night and struggled with the local language, he personally guided me to a restaurant at 12 am. Rajkamal, with a constant smile and great character, went above and beyond without expecting anything in return. His willingness to help didn't stop there; he also shared invaluable advice about tourist spots nearby, enhancing my travel experience significantly. This hotel, thanks to Rajkamal, not only offered a comfortable stay but also a memorable one, making it an outstanding choice for any traveler seeking genuine hospitality and a warm, welcoming environment.

Meeting rest room are not good means like local hotel. & Tea provide need more . Food quality Service But please improvement others.

It's a budget friendly hotel, per room is been charged as Rs.1200 + Maximum 3 members can accommodate in a room with a service of extra bed. It's a very small size room, But they have maintained it good. Bathrooms are very neat and clean.

Really standard stay with reasonable rates in Salem. Very close to Reliance Mall and is on a good location. The staffs and services offered are good. The rooms are clean and kept tidy. Bathrooms are well kept and maintained properly. Lift service available and drinking water facility is available on ground floor. Overall wonderful stay experience for a reasonable price. I stayed in Karthick Residency just 2 days before. It is budget friendly hotel for short business trip. Problem is no restaurant near by. You need to go 1KM for food. I will suggest this hotel only for short stay if you are traveling alone.

Easily accessible from Salem new bus stand and from railway station. Good service and rooms. Recommended budget friendly place. Only issue I faces is with getting food. There is no restaurant nearby.
