Hotel Salem Regency

Not enough kids play area and not safe balconies where constant invigilation is required compulsory! Swimming pool timing 9am to 6pm limited and dress code makes pool un accessible for ppl coming for vacation. In room dining is very very expensive and taste is pathetic! 3.5k for 3 person. Location wise no shops available in walking distance. Need own vehicle to go out and that too it takes 7 mins to reach the shop. Location is scenic, quiet, calm, neat, Staffs are friendly but otherwise very hefty price for these rooms! NO MOBILE SIGNAL!! Needs real modifications in room dining menu and competitive price is required. Taste of the food for this price is not accepted at all.

The propertier should warn their staffs otger he will recieve the bad ratings . Worst experience i ever haf with the peopl working in this hotel. Poor and worst response . The television speaker is not working i have complaint more than 6 times in call but the operator as well as the manager not even a single response.

The room is ok good.. but the AC not working,. After I inform to receptionist they don't respond for the customers complaint

Average stay at a good business location. Cleanliness on the linens must be improved a lot. Saw multiple stain marks in the bed spread and towel. Great for accessibility. Lots of restaurant options near by but no room service in hotel. AC quite convenient.

It's in a prime location. But the budget rooms are not up to the mark. Cleanliness and hygiene are not maintained. But if you go for high end rooms its better. I feel it doesn't matter if the room rent is low or high but the cleanliness should be maintained the same for all.

People are very nice, but rooms are not up to the mark, can little bit be a better stay is my humble request.

Good room's. Good ambition. Small reception. Good service. Very near to new bus stand but one way for small distance made me to take more than 1km driving. Clean rooms. It's in roadside still felt very silent inside room. Near to multiple veg restaurant Narrow roads for parking. Thought there's no parking. But there is 7-8 cars can be parked inside underground parking.

Spent one night for family function, the room was not maintained hygiene. Cockroaches are roaming in all the places and you can see the bugs are running here and there in the bathroom too. Bed cover has rat bites of holes. Dust bins look dirty. The only good thing was the location but need to improve on the quality. Otherwise it's waste of money.
