Hotel Salem Castle

Its good place to stay with family, sufficient parking is available. Decent bar facility and breakfast is free for guest. Rooms are neat and clean. Double bed room and single bedroom available. Overall its good place to stay.

Fraud hotel booking website they have, don't book by online website given by hotel, they will charge high at hotel and tell website cost we won't take it, that is for website you need to pay at hotel, and cheat buly telling complementary breakfast and tell us it will be chargeable after taking breakfast .please be careful...

Best and nice hotel to stay with family in salem, it's located in prime location and main road near salem. We have took 2 rooms with breakfast option. If we want to exclude breakfast, then charges will come down further. Nice view and hotel room facilities were good, worth for money. Breakfast and restaurant were good.

Reaching here was a bit of challenge due to flyover, When you come via National highway towards bangalore you need to take exit and there is another flyover which takes near Hotel. I had to take a u turn after getting down that flyover. Parking is open space there is plenty of space. Room that we got was castle suite. Its spacious and they gave extra bed. 4 bottles of 500ml mineral water complementary, I couldn't find near by shops or restaurants. Had dinner from the restaurant in Hotel. Food was not impressive, too much oil in chicken Tikka Masala and not tasty at all. There is a pub in Hotel with loud music playing, but could hardly find any one inside. Morning breakfast was complementary, but it was not Buffet. They took order and gave. Idly chutney sambar was tasty but Vada was not there. Since we just wanted a night stop over on journey to bangalore, it was kind of average experience to the price charged.

Very worst experience. My parents were stayed 2 days and when book the room over phone hotel management agreed to have the check-in and check-out time are same. But once we paid the amount, their way of speaking, behaviour and cutomers handling has been changed Totally.

The Hotel Management communicated very well starting from room bookings to Check-out. We had booked 15 rooms for our family occasion. The rooms are all very well maintained. To be specific, all our guests who stayed in rooms provided feedback on the location and view point. It was amazing! Thank you Salem Castle for this facilities!

Good. Lost one piece dress in laundry. No reply. Reminders for everything needed.

Worst behavior by receptionist and rude attitude. At the time of checkin they told less amount but at the time of checkout they said high amount. When raise the concerned rude behavior by staff.. Poor receptionist attitude
