Hotel Residency

Hotel infested with mosquitoes and frequent power cuts. Imagine, how spending your time with mosquitobites and no air-conditioning and lights due to power cuts is! Not worth to choose this summer. No tariff reduction for the sufferings

Very poor service provided by the management. There was a power shut down this morning which the management failed to inform us. I paid full amount for one day, without any basic courtesy I was not informed earlier. I happened to stay with my kids and how can kids be in the room without power!!?? They also not bothered to refund us the amount though it is not our mistake. Have never seen such a worst hospitality ever in my life. I would give 0 on 10.

The location is advantageous and decent lodging. No high cost, for a short stay it is good.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL @google can we have minus rating feature? Bulk booking was done for us as we had to attend a wedding. 4 floors - No lift and no body will help you also. Most of it are Indian toilets with stains None of the TVs were working No health faucet in bathrooms Room 16 We saw 3 cockroaches flying while entering. One window doesn't have door and have mosquitoes flowing in. When we asked he said he will give bat to kill mosquitoes. The curtains were torn and was inside wash basin. Indian Toilet had stains No bucket in the bathroom Room 25 We also saw pipe insects in the toilet Room 10 and 20 ACs are not working but you got to pay the charges. No geaser in any of the rooms Only advantage is just 2 minutes to AVR kalyana mandapam. Horrible and terrible experience. Pls don't stay there.

This is a decent place for short duration stay for a night, situated in the old town area of Salem, adjoining the Agraharam streets. The facilities are limited and there are a few lacunae that requires a proper attention, such as the charging ports for devices(only one present), no WiFi facility, mosquito menace,etc.

Nice room.No car parking area. And near the room there is a drainage smelling very bad.No lift.AC rooms are OK and preferable.But don't know about normal rooms.Big lizards insid the room.bBRoom was not clean and balcony was dirty.For one day stay it is OK.We can adjust.

Worst & Unhygienic Hotel I have ever been
It was full of mosquitoes and Big red ants .
V terribly had a bad time with our 4 year old kid too. The room was v dirty . Inspite of asking them to clean they never responded . We called the room service no several times but was not working . They provided an extra bed which was horribly maintained n smelly . The door mat they have put ( which is actually a white old dirty towel ) . After v lay down to rest , we v r shicked to see some 100 s of big red ants coming out from a switch board near d bathroom. V dunno whether to hunt d bundle of mosquitoesor the ants .
Please kindly dnt hire this room its total waste of money

near to main city. rooms are ok. no hot water. even parking is not there. no food service. only lodging
