Hotel Rathna Residency

A clean hotel with dated furniture and rooms. What i liked about it is the 24 hours check out system. We did not get any service with the luggage. The food in the restaurant was oil soaked and no great recipe to talk about. The restaurant staff is more keen on watching TV rather than serving. Food is left on the table for you to serve yourself.

By leaving your self-respect, you can stay in this hotel. We had an extremely disappointing experience with Rathna Residency in Salem. Upon visiting the hotel directly to inquire about rooms, the reception staff was rude, dismissive, and spoke in a highly inappropriate and judgmental tone. When we asked for further clarification, he avoided responding properly and behaved in a manner that lacked basic professionalism. Since the interaction was so unpleasant, we requested to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, the situation worsened. The manager displayed an even more unacceptable attitude, refusing to engage with us. His response was blunt and disrespectful: " we very well know in all hotel when we check in we need to pay an advance payment, but while speaking he was like pay the full amount now with a worst tone of voice." Such words and behavior from a reputed establishment are completely unacceptable. We specifically chose this branch because Rathna Residency in other locations has always offered us good service, but this experience has left us regretting our decision. The way customers are treated here made us feel uncomfortable, unsafe, and unwelcome. To the administration: If this behavior continues, you will lose loyal customers like us. Immediate action is necessary to train your staff on hospitality and customer service. To potential visitors: if you value your dignity and self-respect, this is not the right hotel for you. There are far better options that treat guests with the courtesy and respect they deserve.

Very clean and peaceful place Opposite to the hotel there is a lake with walking track for 2 km long Very good for people would like to do Morning walking even during your business travel and stay

Stayed there with 3 rooms booked. Hotel location is great, service can be improved. Buffet was very good with lot of options.

Good stay and food The hospitality and especially the lady staff in the department or really nice. We specifically like the food fruit chart and the north Indian food is really nice and the staffs are really very supportive and that kept the room is very clean. That is something very commendable and overall a good hotel that I highly recommend to the budget that we is very economical. I feel this is the best hotel. Thank you very much

This hotel is very worst and rude and ugly behaviour, if you see the receptionist you will leave your interest to book the hotel especially one guy You should forgot your self respect in rathana residency Avoid these hotel for emergency also

When we requested to speak with the manager, his behavior was even worse--cold, dismissive, and outright disrespectful." We've been loyal customers of Rathna Residency in other cities, but this branch made us feel unwelcome and unsafe. If this is the standard of service, it's only a matter of time before you lose more customers like us. Take immediate action.

The hotel exceeded expectations with its elegant decor and exceptional service. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. A good experience overall the convenient location, the rooms were neat and clean . Service was good, and amenities were nice compared to other hotels in the area.A hidden gem! This boutique hotel offered a cozy atmosphere with personalized service. The breakfast was delicious, and the views from the room were nice recommended for a peaceful getaway.
