Hotel O Royal Residency

Rundown place and managed unprofessionally. Booked an airconditioned room through Make My Trip and was given a non-airconditioned room. The excuse was that aircinditioned rooms are all occupied. This is no hotel; only a dirty lodge marketed as a hotel online. The real culprit here is Make My Trip. They don't seem to have any kind of internal verification mechanism. No television either in the room.

Is A nightmare.... Romm provided is no way near to that offered in app.... No table.... No cupboard...unsecured door... Dirty veranda.... Towel is in the size of hanky.... Women's,hair on bed spread.... Would have ordered to sleep in railway station..... Bye OYO..... you will not appear in selection of hotels in future...

Street dogs welcoming you in the night and morning walking ..beware the promisis ground floor,first floor and second floor also the Street dogs under control... don't afraid

It was a very horrible stay at Royal Residency. First thing you will be charged extra while your check in whereas if you don't pay your stay will be denied. there is no lift but rooms are located in 2 nd & 3rd floor. AC will not work, While your booking you will be mentikned that there is complimentary breakfast available but they don't have that facility so you will not provided. If you raise a compliance to the hotel I'm sure your time will be wasted that there will be no solution for that. Even if you raise a complaint towards our booking app you can get a simple text that "Sorry for the inconvenient caused". its not suit for family stay. somehow i had managed as i travel single. Better please kindly avoid this hotel. Strictly not recommended for families.

HOTEL ROOMS AND RECEPTION ARE IN SECOND FLOOR.|NO LIFT.I AM 87 YEARS OLD AND MY WIFE 82 YEARS OLD.|WE COULD NOT CLIMB UP.SEND DRIVER TO RECEPTION TO |CANCEL AND GET REFUND.THEY ASKED US TO CONTACT |AGODA, WHO BOOKED FOR US.WE WROTE TO AGODA .NO RESPONSE SOFAR.WE LOST THE MONEY AND WE WERE STRANDED.

Strictly, Highly not recommended for any one. Really a very bad experience and rooms was very very horrible and smells very bad.

Worst service and rooms. There is no place in the room which I can say is neat or clean. The photos shared by this lodge in all the websites are fake. Attaching the real photos after my visit. Roofs have cracks, beds are very shabby and had bed bugs in it. In my humble opinion, these are not mattress at all. They charged 1300Rs per day which is not even worth 300Rs. After multiple complaints, they shared me their best of all rooms. You can check the photos for yourself on how best it is.
