Hotel Laila palace

Never reserve rooms in this hotel. We have reserved AC rooms with full payment one month before the stay date. On the date of stay, we were refused AC rooms and asked to stay in a non AC rooms. They have sold out the AC rooms for more money. It caused a great inconvenience. The receptionist or manager guy named Ramesh tried to cheat us. We got the full refund after a big fight. Keep this hotel as your last option.

Worst Behaviour. We booked room on 10.03.2025 at 10.30 PM and paid bill for Rs.1300/-. The room was not cleaned and not ready to occupy. So we decided not to check in.. but they refused to return the amount. Rs. 1300 wasted.. without checking.. fraud person.. new technique of cheating...

Just felt like not to write a negative review but the service they have provided is really pathetic. They are not providing water bottles. Pros,: Hotel is located just opposite the salem new busstand The road leading to the hotel is clean Parking you have better space for cars Cons: Rooms are in a really pathetic condition and not sure whether they will wash the bed sheets and bed spreads No people to service for water bottles Note: I have stayed in peak muhuruth day which might be the reason for service issue

has their own parking space,rooms got ac,tv,heater for bath they provide soap and shampoo as well and they do get food from near by restaurant according to customer needs

Good Stay nice staffs are really cooperative / No restaurant and breakfast here.

Hotel Laila Palace is classic Hotel with Modern Amenities, situated in silent area, no hustle bustle, no traffic sounds, Only peaceful stay. Well maintained Hotel, with affordable prices. The rooms are hygiene, friendly staff. The family can stay comfortable. The front desk available 24hrs, always helpful. I'll visit again and again.
