Hotel Kirthikaa Palace

Had a short stay with family. The following are my observations: # 204 - Rs. 2,200/- - 2 Adults 1 Child * Good Location * Lift Available * Parking Available * Seepage in the room - Not addressed * Room Musty - Not addressed * Termite infestation in the room * Breakfast not included for this price * No Restaurants nearby. If you want food you have to order online. * Bills / Invoice was not provided at the time of Check out. * Staff's attitude was - Take it or leave it * AC Positioned very badly, will give a person a cold. Had to get up multiple times in the night to adjust this. * Bed and pillows are horrible. Couldn't sleep all night.

Best place to take comfortable rooms very nearby five road junction. They provide all facilities to residents &car&two Wheeler parking also available . Hospitality is all good

Damp room with seepage on the ceiling. A wall looked like it had termite infestation. No breakfast for the amount paid, below average bathroom. Overall a shoddy experience

Don't go for the hotel .. if you are booking by online .. they are not accepting .. I have a bad experience. I book a ticket a threw agoda app but those guys are not allowed inside the hotel ... then I pay again by cash one more time ... so don't go to the hotel ....

Good service, clean rooms, good food, helped for transport services, given grace time 1hour for check out, received my GST number added bill for claim. Good relationship staffs maintain with me. Safe place to stay. Lift car parking available.

It was a very bad experience for me. I came to stay at your hotel as requested by my friend. But the function and speech of an old man at the reception was very poor. He behaved very harshly. Such attitude of his does not let anyone approach there. It was a bad experience for me. My friend and I no longer wish to approach your hotel. My friend apologized to me. Please maintain a good and worth person in reception. This type of approch is a big head down of your management.

We stayed for about 12 hrs. Room was clean and the toilet too. It doesn't look high tech cause it was constructed long back. It is decent place to stay. Located hot of the city so convenient to access different modes of travel. As we booked offline, they allowed 24 hrs check out. Staff seems very polite.

Very rude behaviour by owner and property modified my booking at midnight and called me next morning saying no rooms available. Pls don't book in this hotel, absolute waste of time, very rude behaviour and u will struggle at the last moment. I had to cancel my trip to Salem because these guys said no rooms on the day of my travel and no alternative was available
