Hotel Karpagam

Worst room, very dirty bedsheets, bathrooms are not well maintained everything broke down. Bedsheets, walls have some kind of stains, room tiles are oily, breakfast area looks like canteen. All dark only 2 lights were on. I wouldnt even recommend this to anyone. Not even worth it. Very pricey , we can get better and high class hotel with this price. We had to book this hotel last minute at night otherwise we wouldn't have booked this.

Dear Management, We had booked for a room two weeks prior and we informed that we will be arriving by 4.30 am in the morning. Upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel management is informing that they have allotted room to another person. I had booked room for my parents and they were stranded because of Hotel Karpagam's actions. Please do not make a booking in this hotel to repent later

Situated at the heart of the city. But service was not as expected. Call to room service was not attended. They charge even for Mineral water apart from one complementary bottle

One of the worst service Staff behaviour very very worst Tariff is overrated I never stay again this hotel it's like lodge......

I had a pretty mediocre experience at Hotel Karpagam. The front desk staff were friendly and checking in was a breeze, but things went downhill from there. The parking lot was tiny, which was a real pain. On the plus side, my room was clean and tidy, but it felt like a blast from the past - definitely due for a renovation. And, to top it off, the breakfast experience was a letdown. The dining area was awkwardly located in a party hall, and the options were limited. I mean, who wants to eat breakfast in a room that's usually used for parties? It just didn't feel right. All in all, my stay was just okay. With a bit of a facelift, improved parking, and a breakfast overhaul, Hotel Karpagam could be a great choice. But for now, it's just a middle-of-the-road option.

I should say wonderful in one word 1.location - centre of city easy to reach. 2.parking - Huge space for two and four wheeler 3.rooms - ultra clean with good AC lighting and TV. 4.Service - good service 5.Bathroom - well cleaned with good shower hair dryer etc. Overall a good experience . Highly recommended

The property is maintained even if it is a bit old. Spacious rooms, and the AC from General! Good bathrooms. Neat and clean. Near to the new bus stand. Within 5 kms to railway. Affordable
