Hotel Elpaso

Stayed here overnight for a personal trip. Room condition was very good. Staffs are friendly and the restaurant food was so amazing I ended up staying inside my hotel whole trip. Will recommend for people looking for a convenient and affordable stay.

So, I booked this hotel through booking.com. Got a call from a lady from this place to confirm my stay on the scheduled date. I have confirmed I'll be at the stay around 11 to 11:30 to the lady and also put a message to the property about my arrival time since I start late from My location. I started from my location late evening by bike along with my wife. Since, I had to show up here early because I did not want the staff staying up late just for my arrival I did my best to reach before 11 which I did reached there by 10:45. So this staff(not mentioning his name, because I'm not sure if the management is making them do this) comes to us and says that we need to check out at 7 in the morning. Goes on saying there have been other bookings which has been done for the next day. I told them I came here so fast so that I don't have to keep you guys awake just for my arrival and now you do this to me. He says sorry for this. But mind you he was not hard or arguing he kept his cool and I kept my cool. He kept saying sorry and then he said maybe I could go and stay at another property of theirs to which I said no. Then some lady (not sure if that was the lady who spoke to me, I did ask the if it was her he said no) came and told to him something and left. After which the guy said there is only suite room available but I need to pay extra ( I really started doubting if they do this everyone who is booking through the booking.com app) to which I said I'm not paying them a single penny from what I booked for. Again he spoke to someone on phone and then gave me the room telling me to cancel the booking from booking.com and gave me the room for the same price (Not sure if it was the room I had booked) and I can check out at 12. So my doubt is you had the room available you had left me to stay till 12 noon. Then what was with no rooms available except suite and telling me to check out early which is not even your hotel policy( their checkout time is 12). Is this one of your scam or what I'm not sure. But be aware of this. Kindly confirm it with people in hotel before you book here through any app. And finally he said next time you can directly book we can do a better price along with breakfast (never visiting your place again). The staffs were soft spoken but I'm not sure if the management is making them do this or management doesn't know to manage properly. The rooms were very good but the way they handle people is not. Overall 3 stars are just for the rooms you guys have.

Compact rooms well equipped. Service is excellent and manager was very helpful. They've a beautiful airconditioned rooftop dining hall. Breakfast is fresh & hot.

Dear travellers, I booked this hotel for Apr 30 2025 through Agoda nearly a month ago. But sadly they messaged asking me to cancel as rooms were sold out. I called the property to check on this and also inform them that I had a confirmed booking. The question is how do the rooms get sold out when there is a confirmed booking? The lady and the front desk was not very pleasant to me. Mention they did not have any tie up with agoda its funny that she said that because I made the booking for this particular hotel on agoda. Looks like they wanted to raise the prices that's why they have asked certain people to cancel. Now I can see that there are two three rooms available in booking.com for 1500 more than what I had book. This is a hotel scam that has happening so people booking in this hotel please make sure you double confirm and take a risk if required I don't think I will book in this hotel again.

Located at city center in middle of appartments and living area. But many local taxi's don't know much about this hotel. Neet and clean but small rooms little bit costly. Friendly service.

Very superb location and it is very calm.. Rooms are very neat and clean. Staffs are very kind and very good service. Breakfast is very nice like own home preperation... I feel very happy to stay..

Brand new hotel with cute rooms. Staff were prompt and polite. The morning breakfast was great as well.
