Worst experience. No hot water facility, small cockroaches in washroom and room, no cleanliness. Just to avoid all these complains they disconnect the intercom as well. If something is required you need to go down to reception to complain even after informing the reception staff intercom was not fixed. No AC controller provided in room. Power is disrupted inbetween the night. Looks like they want to save energy and money in all possible ways to run the business.

1/5 Stars - Extremely Disappointing Experience I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a horrible experience. The room lacked basic amenities, including: - Non-functional intercom to connect with reception - No AC control - Dirty conditions - No hot water Despite booking for two adults and one child, we were only provided with one towel. The room was infested with cockroaches, and the bed was uncomfortable with hard springs that bounced badly. To make matters worse, the hotel provided no service whatsoever. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my stay.

Distressing experience. No AC controller, no hot water, poor maintenance of toilet, bathroom, water taps, shabby linen and sofa, no sachets of coffee, tea, sugar available in the room, dirty restaurant. Tariff Rs 3000 per day, not worth even Rs 1000. AVOID STAYING HERE.

I can see a lot of negative review here but for me, I stayed in this hotel for just few hour during the day time. I paid Rs1500 for single occupancy. It was worth the money. Room was spacious with good A C and TV. They offered complimentary breakfast. Service was also good atleast for me. It is nice budget hotel with neat interiors and comfortable bed. It is worth the money compare to many Lodges and oyo rooms. I called and booked directly at 6AM and checked in by 7AM.

Its normal budget hotel. Close proximity to many organisations/companies. Cant expect too much luxury. Food was ok, you wont have many options for room service dinner. The windows towards the flyover needs to insulated for sound. You can hear every vehicle passing by.

This used to be a great place once, but sadly lack maintenance is showing everywhere. Pros: -Absolutely brilliant location -Breakfast was ok -Close to the main bus stand and the railway station -You can get everything within a walking distance Cons: -Room had cockroaches everywhere -The bed was neither comfortable nor very clean -Hot water was an issue as it has a restricted timing -Poor quality of towel and toiletries -Taps and other fixtures fall off easily I hope this place gets back to how it used to be.

I had booked 2 AC rooms for my 6 family members. Very pathetic & irritating with the Hot water Problem in the rooms. Secondly AC is centralised and cannot be controlled with temperature.only power off / on is available. Except location & spacious rooms nothing seems to be good. Overpriced as well on Marriage seasons.

1.I was charged 2.5k whereas in reviews i could see others were charged 2k! 2. No maintenance at all. 3. Ac not working. 4. Unclean toilet. 5. Leaky Taps. 6. No hot water. 7.Toothpaste not given. 8. Unclean Room. 9. Full of cigarette smokes in the common pathway! When complained the receptionist didn't care to listen at all! Kindly avoid staying at this hotel friends.
