I booked About 6 rooms for my Brother's wedding occasion... It's been easy to reach the place and No problem for food and beverage.. Everything we can get within 100mts of distance... Awesome room and staffs...

But I checked with bank today it's a successful transaction. Amount credited in your account. Kindly credit back my amount to my account sir. I called you but you have not attended my call.please give my amount back to account sir

With my family came to Salem for my sister's college admissions. Checked in on 17sep at 3.30pm and checkout was planned on 18sep after 7.00pm. we booked 2 rooms in the hotel a week before price was reasonable prices and paid extra for breakfast too RS 250 online. On the day of check in there was no electricity and had to wait for hours., The receptionist was rude he said to go to some other hotel. Then we had to call the customer service for help and there was electricity in one hour. The next day we asked for breakfast which I paid for they denied food for us and to to go outside and eat. And the receptionist asked us to check out by 11.00am or had to pay extra. I said we are going to the college for admission and don't know how long will it take and also had to admit my sister in the hostel too so not sure if we'll be able to come back before 11.00 am and we had so many suitcases with us as my sister was joining the hostel for the first time and was not possible to carry all the luggage with us as we are going,so I told that we would definitely pay the extra money the stay. But the receptionist didn't hear a word from us and strictly told to check out by 12.00pm immediately. Worst people and worst experience. Won't recommend to any one. I need my money back that I paid for breakfast. I,m not willing to pay for the service that I hadn't received.

Overall the facility was average but this is another hotel who automatically charges for a safe that I don't need or want. This is now another hotel that is on my do not stay at list. I travel about 60 nights a year if I had to pay each night for a save it adds up to the price of a room for a night. Sure I could have gone to the front desk at check out and had it removed but why waste the time. I'd rather just post it to the road warrior's site as a place not to patronize because of their ludicrous safe policy.

Budgeted and filthy hotel! No cleaning done, bed sheets and pillows are so dirty...Extra bed provided was dirty in a way that no one would sleep ever again! Even that was with food stains...Only two seemingly -helpless kind of "appavi" employees seen. One guy had already asked me to check the room whether I like it as I was with family, that was a little courteously from his side...That's why just one start atleast given. There was a certificate of good budget hotel was kept there from some tamil magazine...I don't know who that idiot who certified this hotel....Worst service from Oyo rooms. I had booked another hotel, Residenza Sridevi which was very good upon these Oyo rooms people confirmation. When reached there no rooms at all and the hotel never received confirmation! After almost 2 hours struggle they themselves arranged to get the vacant room in this "uncomfortable inn"...Better call it "Discomfort inn". These kind of hotels should be closed if can't maintain! But, thanks a lot to hotel residenza sridevi and the staff...Kudos to u guys for best customer service...And giving the purposeful worst ever review to the comfort inn.

Rooms were not maintained properly in the way of spoiling the brand OYO. Towel was not provided. The attenders were so lazy as they even lazy from showing the rooms till checkout. The customers were highly disappointed. Restrooms were clean!!

Booked for 4 days and paid a hefty sum of 4000. They inform the OYO ground team that they will deny my booking tomorrow because they changed their tariff 2 hours before I booked and did not update. Imagine the kind of inconvenience just a day before a business trip! I request you all to never book this establishment and let it wither without customers.
