Hotel City View

A good moderate hotel with very rude staff. It looks like that the hotel is providing the room free of cost. 3rd class staff.

Good and clean rooms. Staff are kind.Near to New Bus stand.

Rooms are pretty decent for the price, service is poor the attender dint even try to help us in lifting our baggage. And food they get us from outside but plates are not provided hence lot more improvements required in service area is highly recommended.

One of the good budget hotels in Salem. I took a 2 bedroom non ac room for just 840 including GST. The room and wash room was neat and clean. The bedsheets and pillows were stain free. Also they provided one extra bedsheet and two towels. Lift facility was there. Overall a pleasant stay.

Okay rooms. Terrible service Snr staff are very apathetic and rude.

Spacious rooms.... worth the price... liked the stay... hot water tap gave only Luke Warm water... and that was the only problem..

Even though there were a few adverse reviews about this hotel, we found it really good. The room and the linen very clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel did not have a restaurant, but just next-door was the Saravanabhvan vegetarian restaurant with tasty good food. Room charges were very reasonable.
