We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised as we didn't expect much from this place, but it has a unique way of pleasing its guests. The comfort level was exceptional, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, which truly stood out as the highlight of this property. Additionally, its convenient location makes it easily accessible to most people, including the breakfast options. I would like to give a special mention to Muhammad Hussain , Jeeva and Deepon, who were incredibly nice and helpful during our stay. I look forward to returning to this property in the future. It is a centrally located and accessible place, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting Salem. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations.

I had booked a room last month 3 weeks in advance and had also payed the amount in full in advance. After payment, the hotel confirmed it and sent a what'sup msg.. 3 days before my trip, the hotel called me and said my booking was cancelled. After I had showed the receipt they told me that my booking was not cancelled. The next day, again they called and told me that my booking was cancelled and I had to repeat and show the receipt again, and then they told me that my booking was not cancelled. They repeated this again the next day and only after threatening with action in Consumer court, they confirmed my room. Apart from all this, the stay experience was also subpar with the drain in the bathroom not working properly, no hot water early in the morning as we had to leave for a temple by 6.am. and nobody to take a complaint in the reception. It was a very unpleasant experience for us as 3 senior citizens ladies. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is definitely one of the top spots to stay in Salem. The rooms are always clean and well-kept, and the staff is super friendly. It would be great if they added more starter options for non-vegetarians :)

Hotel is great, we booked family room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Room was spacious and clean. Restaurant is good, but quantity was less, that should be improved. Staff Sajeluddin was friendly, helpful and took good care of the guests. Overall good experience.
