GRAND ESTANCIA

We stayed one day in grand estancia with family. Stay is very comfortable. Nice location. Rooms are clean and spacious. Senthil is super helpful. We are happy with the service. Swimming pool is over crowded. We stayed while going to bangalore from palakkad.

We had a pleasant stay at Estancia overall. However, upon check-in, we encountered a concern with the extra mattresses provided. We immediately informed the front office team, and although the issue was addressed and changes were made, we still faced a few minor inconveniences.||At the time of check-out, we shared our concerns with Ms. Hema, who then escalated the matter to the Manager. We truly appreciated the way the Manager handled the situation--his explanation and the professional, understanding manner in which he spoke made us feel heard and valued. That conversation left us feeling very satisfied, and we're grateful for the attention given to our feedback.||The property itself is excellent--well-maintained and welcoming. The food was also very good, though with a few small improvements, it could be top-notch.||Overall, we had a positive experience and look forward to returning soon!

A Heartfelt Thanks to the Front Office Team!||This was my second visit -- the first was just a month ago, and I'm genuinely amazed at the wonderful changes since then. Right from the warm welcome, offering of the mala, and the smiling faces, the positive energy was evident from the beginning.||The rooms were excellent, and I had a lovely time with my family. The food was delicious as well -- a perfect experience all around.||Kudos to the Front Office Team and the entire management! A special thanks to Pavithra, Vignesh, and Hema for making our stay so memorable with their hospitality and professionalism.||Looking forward to coming back again soon!

I had a fantastic dining experience at Grand Estancia, and a big part of that was thanks to Sivagami. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. She ensured that we were comfortable, helped us with great menu recommendations, and provided excellent service throughout our meal. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude made our dining experience even more enjoyable. She was quick to respond to any request, and her knowledge of the menu was impressive. It's rare to find such hospitality, and Sivagami truly sets a high standard. I highly recommend visiting Grand Estancia and experiencing the wonderful service she provides. The hotel is easy to reach. It is just on the highway. Once u enter the property there is no indication that u are near the highway. The rooms are very clean. If u need anything the house keeping staff come at once. We picks a mountain view room and that is nice and calming. The food at the restaurant is very nice. Staff at the restaurants are very kind and extremely helpful. A particular mention is Mrs Shivaghami during our breakfast, who helped us with special requests to make our toddler comfortable. Great place to stay at if u traveling to Salem.

Rooms are average but Amazing service, very friendly staff. Food is great, after a very long time I had a nice South Indian food with authentic taste. Service in restaurants is wonderful, Staff Ms.Sivagami makes this whole dining experience lively and wonderful.

Well maintained rooms and courteous staff. The entire stay was made memorable with cleanly stacked personal kit and pleasant aroma inside the entire hotel. Truly suggest for anyone visiting Salem. Strategically located in Nh. The Guest relationship associate ms.monisha smoothly guided us and ensured a great stay.||All the best

The stay was pleasant and cozy. the service was very good. I would highly recommend grand estancia without a second thought. Food served was delicious too. I can suggest if you're a family or couple or friends as it fulfills above my expectations
