I think google reviews and oyo review are not similar in there staffs are friendly and room was excellent moreover location only it's just deep inside the streets but the Google and oyo reviews where in my point of view is somewhat different really loved it and I will highly recommend this lodge the staffs are humble and good once again thank u galavista owner for good and excellent accomodation yesterday By 10:30 am no consequences like threatening bullying or nothing there loved it i didn't booked by oyo or something websites it's worthy of Rs 1500/- alone cost it's best no extra money detected

very terrible experience photo show are edited. rat crouching under the bed, no blanket nor pillow provided staff response lethargy. price hike while check in than call and book price. importantly no door lock for majority of the room. no safety for belongings. smoke smell around property. mattress and bed spread are wash for while stinky smell.

I got accommodated in this hotel looks good and friendly manner staffs and really amazing stay with gala and highly recommend for bachelors

Booking experience through cleartrip is good. When we went to the hotel which is inside some gully of electronics market close to New Salem Bus Stand.||When we went to the Hotel, one person told us to sit on the sofa which is in the ground floor pathway. Later he asked how much you paid? I told him that since the sale is going on the travel portals, i got a good discount and said i paid 800. Again his question for 2 people you paid 800? My answer was YES. ||Then he allotted a room next to the reception on the ground floor. We went inside the room. It's one Hall Kitchen concept. They put a curtain to the kitchen area. Dumped all waste of the property. Windows were open and there were thousands of mosquitos. First thing I did was to get Odomos from the nearby shop.||Right opposite our room, there were 5-6 people who are continuously drinking and playing cards.||They were welcoming unmarried guests as well after taking a bit of extra money. I got to know this as I was waiting for my turn to checkin. There was a couple who were negotiating this deal. Absolutely not worth staying for the faint hearted. Better spend another 1000 and take a good decent hotel other than this. ||My stay duration was for a night from 27/Sep/2024 to 28/09/2024. There were no toiletries in the bathroom, the chair was not in good shape and some type of adhesive material stuck to it. No place to keep our clothes. No TV, AC was broken all over the place, mirror in the washroom broken, the boiler plug was removed and he said no heater in the entire property.||Another interesting thing which irritates me to the core is that the receptionist always turns off the water supply and you need to keep on bugging that idiot.||Also, whenever you book via online, he will give crappy rooms and those are designed by OYO, he will allocate to his direct guests!!!||They are unethical throughout our stay. When I was checking, the receptionist begged me to give money for breakfast. This adds more masala to the ongoing trauma.

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs We booked this hotel on OYO for a stay on October 10, 2024, as a stopover during our long vacation trip. We informed the reception in advance that we would be arriving late, but when we finally reached Salem at midnight, we faced a lot of trouble locating the hotel. The roads leading to the hotel were so narrow that we could barely drive our car through them. Upon arrival, things went from bad to worse. Despite having a confirmed booking for five people, the receptionist told us there were no rooms available. He refused to honor the booking and even resorted to threatening us, boasting about his local political and police connections. His behavior was extremely unprofessional and he used vulgar language, which made the situation unbearable. We immediately escalated the issue to OYO's support, but received no help from them. Thankfully, we somehow managed to find an alternative accommodation on our own at that late hour. As for the hotel itself, it was nothing like the pictures on the OYO website. The place was run-down, poorly maintained, and overall a terrible experience. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay away.

Booked room through OYO, after reaching there, there was no proper response. Room were dirty and smelly. Property staff behaviour is not good. I don't recommend it to anyone. After 2 hours argument, got the room with sleepless night. Don't go to this property.
