This hotel is in a great location it's very close to the bus stop, which made getting around really easy. There are also plenty of food choices nearby and a lot of phone shops if you need anything. The room was new, fresh, and very comfortable. I was also really impressed with the front desk staffs they were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience and good service.

Their customer service is amazing and the rooms are very neat including the bathrooms. Staff are very helpful. The stay was perfect but it's located in an interior area..

Hi am sudha sanjay from Chennai last two days i stayed gr residency hotel for business trip, its good place to stay , safety for ladies, all staff are very good and kindly approach, clean rooms, 24hours waters service, hot water available, budget friendly hotel , near to selam bus stand, over all am very satisfied,

We stayed at GR Residency for one night during our visit to Salem. The hotel is located on a busy street and is within walking distance of Salem New Bus Stand, which is quite convenient. One of the advantages of booking this hotel is its 24-hour stay policy. The staff at the reception was very cooperative and helpful, making both the check-in and check-out processes smooth. Room service was also satisfactory. However, the room we stayed in (Room No: 201) was not worth the money. The bathroom fittings were very old and poorly maintained, with the flush not working properly. There was only one power point in the room, which was inconvenient since we were three adults. Additionally, the Wi-Fi did not work well, even after we complained. The room had a strong smell of smoke, and the corridor also had a stinky, smoky odor. There was no kettle or tea set provided in the room. Overall, the stay was not very satisfying.

Very comfortable place to stay, easily walkable from the bus stand. Don't think twice before booking here. There's a small shop inside the hotel for all you toiletries needs.

Budget-friendly gem! The hotel's staff is incredibly cooperative and the rooms are spotlessly clean. However, I did notice a few stains in the toilet area, which was a bit disappointing. One major drawback is that the location becomes inaccessible by car from 9 am to 9 pm due to road congestion, so plan your timings carefully. If you're on a tight budget, this place is worth considering.

I have visited here on 18th feb 2024.. Hotel is neat and clean.. Room services are good. Receptionist yuvaraja has friendly guestures and behavior.. Easy to ask service which is a good thing for any of customer.
