Flagship Hotel Lakshmi Narayana Salem New Bus Stand

receptionist said extra amount 1600+1600 ( for 2 days). So I declined to check-in. And they are said " Don't book in OYO. They are not pay any amount to this property. Next if you need call directly to Hotel Lakshmi Narayana" and i contact to oyo number 3 time. Worst service. Better i will book next time like gobigo, mackmytrip, yatra, ixigo

Rooms are having some drinks smell and very slow water facility it's very poor water service. In bathroom lot of Big Lizards are there. I use that bathroom with a fear of Big Lizards So Please Check all the parts of room before check in.

There is no option in Google to give zero rating. Thats y 1 star. First of all none of the images shown in website is true. It's almost like haunted building. Everywhere cracks,broken Switch boards, dWater dripping from AC. No water in toilet. A big open elevator area. Be safe with your children. This place is mainly functioning for 2hr / 3hr bookings (u know what I mean). A/C is the biggest scam there. They themself don't even know how to turn on AC. Because it's not working . Felt very unsafe. Receptionist smakes infront of us inside hotel. They drink there. I'm sharing real images, JUST DONT BOOK IT. I'm progressing to make legal sue on them.

It is very good place to stay if you don't have a car with you. It is located at a place where you will not be able to find any car parking nearby. It says free parking and free breakfast but both are lies. Please park in paid parking near bus stand. No other issue with the hotel. Mosquitos are there but no cockroaches or other insects are written by other reviewers. AC worked super good with very heavy cooling. No check-in issue even when booked through OYO.

Very very poor service...Payed the advance amount and booked the room. But early in the morning, when we reached there, they were saying that the rooms are not available for the rate told by them. Also said that they are not responsible for it and were charging triple the amount !!! When called OYO customer care, they were saying the similar execuses!!! No hospitality and fooling us!! This is a very worst experience at an unknown place that too at untime!!! Struggled a lot to find another room/hotel at that time!!! Never trust and encourage these fraudsters !!!

Worst stay ever. The bed is full of bugs and it started to hitch after a point. No car parking. The location is on a narrow road. Poorly maintained rooms and toilets. Highly not recommended for anyone. Don't waste your money.

Worst place. I not ever see this type of oyo. Bad smell and not wasable pillow and bedsheet. Bathroom water flow suddenly stoped at anytime. I clearly recommend to all of you please not booking for this oyo.

Not worth, receptionist behaviour worst on handling customers. Rooms are unsafe about your privacy no curtains, one-way windows mirrors. Construction works were going . Even Ground has no tiles . TV not working etc
