I had a horrible experience at this hotel. I booked this hotel online for a one night stay. Below are some points to be noted in case you read this 1. You have to climb the steps till 3rd floor to reach the reception. This is located within another business property. I must say, the steps and corridors are too dirty. 2. At the check-in the first question you gonna hear is, 'did you book this online ' if your answer is yes, then my friend you are getting a check in only if you are agreeing to the amount which they gonna tell you. Otherwise they will simply tell you to cancel the booking and look for another place for stay. So, the amount which you see while Booking online and amount they take from you are different. Which means there is no point of booking online. Let me tell you, don't argue and waste your time there, because they qre not going to accept anything except what they say. 2. Average sized rooms with split AC but that never works as you need. I had to switch the rooms twice to find a working AC room. 3. Cleanliness, its hard to find in any rooms. Its stinking all around. 4. Dirty or stained mattress. 5. They don't provide any toiletries. Not even a piece of soap. So, carry everything you need before check-in. I had to take this room, as I was already tired and late and I literally wanted to get freshen up. Bad luck at bad time. Not at all recommended

Don't stay here Their room rent is 1100 rs AC but AC is not working and pillows,Bed sheet un clean due to non availability of hotels I stayed here No room service,No RO water, no bathing amenities

Terrible experience. I booked the room through OYO as soon as I entered the reception after climbing three floors the receptionist asked if you have paid from OYO I need to pay extra I had no option as it was late night. The rooms were so unhygienic stains all over the bedsheets and pillows. The blanket was smelly and torn. The AC was not working. The wall of the room was cracked and there was scribbling all over. The bathroom flush was not working and there were so many insects in bathroom. Never book this oyo hotel. It's just waste of money and you will feel disgusted paying so much money and when u enter the room. Thanks to OYO they refunded my money.

Rooms are way too unhygienic. Sockets are not working, faced lights out and the washroom is way worse than public toilets. Ac is not working and many switches too. Rooms are not exactly clean and neat as shown in pictures. Had the worst experience. And the prices were overrated according to the room.

If you see this rating please don't opt this. It would have been good if there was a zero rating offered by Google. No phone, no water, linens are not clean and they have spotings on bedshhets, no toiletries, rooms were not cleaned. I booked via Oyo for Rs. 417. Once when I reach the hotel, they asked for extra 500, when questioned, they tell their bill is Rs.999, and they don't give you bill for Rs.999. Apart from this if you contact Oyo they start to show their real face, Oyo's worst. customer service. The residency is in the 3rd and 4th floor of a building, where I got 4th floor, you have to climb all the way on stairs with no lift. Pathetic... Only thing you have is Ac, tv.

Don't ever think of booking a room here. Worst service and asks for extra money for check in, even after you have booked and paid in advance. it is nothing like in the photos. Not at all ideal for family.
