Good people to stay for a take a break journey to Yercaud. Clean toilets , room and bed. Room is not big but enough. Service people are very friendly. I feel like newly renovated.

A really nice place to stay in Salem! Room was clean, breakfast delicious and the staff very kind and always available to help. Thanks again! So I strongly recommend it and for sure will come back here if I am back in Salem.

Fine stay. Behind the door more hangers needed. In the bathroom hot water facility need to be elaborated because unexpected hot water can be an embarrassing fact. A wall clock is preferred. Morning kit deserves a hats off. Tongue cleaner can be included. Overall a great deal of perfect planning and novel innovation is seen behind every facility provided. Thank you for your hospitality. Professional service. Clean room, amenities and very good staff. Mr Saravanan was very helpful carefully addressing my queries. I travelled with pet and had good experience. Value for money.

We had a great stay. A safe and secure place to stay with family and babies. Their restaurant and cafe service is top-notch. Absolutely loved everything about the residency!

Avoid this Lodge. Before committing non-refundable long stay at this lodge, try one night stay first. The only plus: This Lodge is being renovated and the fittings are reasonably new. Mosaic flooring. Pathetic service. For attitude, if I could give lower than 1 rating, I would have done. I needed to know how to reach the lodge. The phone was never answered. While checking-in, I informed about this. They showed a 'who-cares' attitude. There is scattered materials and dust every where in the common access areas, as construction work is in progress. May be because of the dust, most of the time no one was seen at the reception desk. There was no mug in the bath room. After informing, they did nothing about it - same 'who-cares' attitude. The room was provided with a small table and a plastic chair. There was a lot of dust on the chair. When I kept the (sliding, glass) window open in the night, mosquitoes entered the room, started biting, even though the ceiling fan was running high speed and curtain was fully covering the window. I could not have normal sleep. The window was not provisioned with mosquito net. The room had no facility for keeping clothes. I had to keep clothes on the floor. Seeing the higher ratings (may be fake) for this lodge, I did booking for few days of stay. But I got out in the morning after staying one night. Losing money for the remainder of the booking did not bother me. I did not want to put up with the pathetic 'who-cares' attitude of this place.

Checked in at 11pm and to my surprise I was offered Hot Milk of my choice with plenty of options offered to me as welcome drink. Bed and Toilet was clean and neat which I mostly prefer and for the tariff I paid its top class. If you have your own vehicle it's best place to stay. Morning they offered breakfast which was delicious and definitely it's worth it.
