Located right on the crossroads on the highway. It is one of the finest places to stay in Salem. The restaurant serves good food and staff is also very cordial. Menu covers a good range of Indian and continental food. The portions are also of good quantity. Do try their soups, very delicious...

I stayed in the hotel last year for 3 days and we really liked the hotel. The hotel was very clean, nice location and good staff. Based on my earlier experience, this year I again booked directly at the hotel website to stay for 2 nights from April 6th to April 8th. However, due to change in plans, I want to change my booking for 1 night from Apr 7 to Apr 8. First I went to the hotel website to change my reservation and to my surprise there is no way to change/cancel booking online. The booking confirmation clearly says that we can cancel for full refund. As there was no option to cancel online, I called the hotel number provided. He asked me to send me an email, which I did but yet to receive a response back. I again called the hotel number and he mentioned that online booking cannot be changed or cancelled, though the booking confirmation clearly says it can be cancelled. I need the booking to be changed as requested or cancelled for a full refund. VERY bad customer service and they dont know the basic customer service of managing reservations. If I had made the booking through a third party website, this would have been easier is less than minute. NEVER book with this hotel directly
