Not a residency, it looks like home with 3-4 bike can be parked. You have to pay for cleaning you room while leaving excluding room booking charges.

It is actually a service apartment. Rooms are good with working A/c and geyser. Good hospitality!

The location is near the highway with good amenities and service. The rooms are neat and clean. Hot water is available for bath as well as to drink. Manager is so good and polite to speak. Felt like home is different state for first time

Surprised to see how nice & clean the rooms are. Absolutely well maintained. 5 star level hospitality. Pros: Big shower head, heater, AC, wifi, very comfy beds, clean bedsheets, clean floor, clean bathroom, provision shop opposite. Humble staff & eager to help you. 24hrs check-out from the time you check-in. You can get everything in the vicinity. Ideal for family and children. Safe environment. Cons: Car parking is limited but you can park more cars a little away (100m distance). Verdict: I would definitely recommend this place. And I'd love to visit again

It's little far from main road. To get bus or auto we have to walk 500 to 750m . No car parking facility. Room is decent . No TV facility. Heater, hot water facility is available. Per day Rs1000 for non AC room. Any time check in and check out available.

Booked the rooms via booking app. The service started there. Received call regarding the location and necessary directions to reach the venue. One of the Abduls was waiting for us. Parking was not an issue. Rooms were neat and clean and properly arranged. Bathroom was clean and not smelly. Overall very much satisfied with the stay and service. Recommendable to anyone.

Excellent stay. Great Hospitality.Very neat and clean. Worth the money. Non AC rooms, but you wouldn't feel the heat. Located in between greenary, you'll experience fresh air. No disturbance. Veg and non veg hotels are walkable distance. Thank you once again Mr.Abdul and team. We wish to visit again.
