OYO 63300 Hotel Rasi Residency

Basic drinking water & wifiv not provided. Room charges are high but basic needs not provided. Even for keeping in the room luggages no one is there to help. Hospitality was very bad.

The worst possible hotel u can stay here at rasipuram. I booked a room through makemytrip app. I also paid for the room by card. After reaching the hotel they said they don't provide rooms for online booking. Only cash paid rooms are available. They don't even accept credit or debit card. No UPI payment. The person at the front desk was very rude. That was not the way to handle hotel guests. I reached the hotel at 10 at night. Since it was too late to go for a different hotel i had to pay cash for the room. Makemytrip was considerate enough to refund my booking amount in full. Kudos for the swift refund process from makemytrip team. Pros: 1. Clean 2. Resonably priced (Rs 1000 for 12hrs and Rs 1500 for 24hrs for A/C room) 3. Spacious rooms. 4. Working tv and heater Cons 1. Rudest front desk person u will ever meet. 2. Dont book rooms via any website or app. Only direct booking at the counter 3. No cashless payment possible. Bring cash otherwise u can't stay here. The rating is for the service they provided not the rooms. If possible stay at a hotel in salem which is just 30 kms away.

Very very bad stay. Rude service. Rudest staff. No cashless payment. Only over the counter booking. If u book in app or website they don't provide rooms. If u have paid for the room beforehand get ready for a long night of taking with customer service to get refund. Plz don't stay here unless u have no other choice. Salem is just 30kms away. Just a reminder.

I stayed there a few months before. The room is very good but the poor rating is for the front desk person. He doesn't care about the customer. Stay here only if you have no choice.

Dear All, Don't go with OYO for booking in this hotel because there is no any agreement with oyo and this property. OYO giving wrong information so please go with hotel direct website for booking....they are very kind.

A decent budget accomodation with AC rooms on the highway, big rooms, A2B restaurant, rooms with geysers make it an ideal place for overnight stay.

A very good, peaceful place to stay near Shri rasi Mahal, Rasipuram. Reasonable price and clean maintenance
