Stargazz resort

THE WORST. The resort was a complete horror show. The rooms were infested with pests, and the bed linens were stained and reeked of mold. The staff was not only unhelpful but also rude, making any request feel like an inconvenience. The promised amenities were either broken or nonexistent, and the overall hygiene was appalling. This resort is a perfect recipe for a vacation disaster - avoid at all costs.

In Pondicherry, this resort hits rock bottom. The rooms are a grim testament to neglect, resembling more of a haunted house than accommodation. The staff seems trained in the art of ignoring guests, making any request a futile endeavor. The promised picturesque views are overshadowed by the resort's own decay. Consider this a warning: your Pondicherry retreat will turn into a regrettable nightmare if you choose this abysmal excuse for a resort.

The service here was abysmal. Staff members displayed a shocking lack of courtesy and competence. Any attempt to address issues was met with indifference and excuses. It's disheartening when a place that claims to value customer satisfaction fails so miserably in providing even basic service standards."

Worst service ever. Had to stay here a couple of days back with my friends.Had a very bad experience.Not at all safe for girls.The staffs were not at all cooperative.Behaviour of the staffs were very rude.The staffs kept on changing their words and a complete day of our trip was wasted because of them.Not at all recommended.Location is also not convieninet and travel friendly.

It's a wonderful such place in Aurovile ,it's like small forest in Aurovile,service also good ,rooms also neat and good service . Its very safety place. Playing ground and camp fire it's here. Food also good overall it's great place and it's worth for money when I was entered in this my mind was very pleasant Thanks stargazz team

We had great stay and surely visit again surely stay again stargaze resort.Staffs are very kind, helpfull and attentive. In this location are very quite and pleasent and very reasonable price

Very bad service.The behaviour of the staff was very rude. They could not fulfill the minimum requirement demamded. Poor hygiene and washrooms were at the worst state.

It's a value for money Rooms are neat and clean..very helpful staff with immediate response ..thanks to the Manager who took good care of us..will come back soon
