Copper Leaf Hotels, Tirunelveli

We had a very memorable stay in the Copper leaf hotels , Tirunelvelli. Stayed in the family suite. The room was so comfortable and looked so elegant. The facilities , furniture were top notch. The staff were very kind, helpful and polite. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide array of dishes , all very tasty. The staff were very kind and courteous. Over all, our stay was a very memorable one!

This is one of the best places to stay in Tirunelveli, offering brand-new rooms equipped with all modern amenities. The hotel is newly built, and the rooms are spacious and well-maintained. From start to finish, the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and efficient, ensuring a seamless experience. We had a wonderful stay during our three-week vacation in India and were thrilled to have found this place. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tirunelveli. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to returning in the future!

Stayed for 3 nights. Pleasant and friendly staff. Very attentive. Arranged a car for a day sightseeing, also a car for moving on to our next hotel Food in the restaurant was good and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was good, staff there were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Subbaraj, he couldn't do enough. If there is one thing that needs attention it is cleaning rooms earlier, would be good to come back from sightseeing to find room ready. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Week done to everyone. One of the best value for money hotels in the city.....with an excellent restaurant in vicinity This hotel, in my view, is one of the best value for money hotels in Tirunelveli. This is a new property which is located on the outskirts of the town. The quality of the room, including the bathroom, was excellent. The quality of linen, the facilities provided, view from the hotel etc. were all good and we really enjoyed staying at this property. I would probably rate this as one of the best hotels in the city of Tirunelveli. We were really pleased to see an excellent vegetarian restaurant (with excellent ambience) in the ground floor of the same building and we made good use of the restaurant on all the three days of our stay at Tirunelveli. The staff at the front desk were not very helpful or professional which indeed is a pity. The hotel also does not have any underground parking facilities. The corridors in different floors could have been better designed to give a better appearance. Similarly, the reception area in the ground floor is so cramped that not more than three or four people can comfortably sit in the area.

Love the aesthetics, style, cleanliness all pointing towards an upscale hotel experience. Breakfast options are good, mattress was very comfortable. AC was superb since the temperature control was perfect something even large chains have not mastered. Chairs were ergonomic, attention to detail is amazing. Desk was very comfortable to catch up work and restroom amenities are thoughtfully designed. The shower water speed was perfect. Ample parking space and a mini fridge to store items, everything works fine.

The hotel is exceptional. Service was also very good.Stayed for 2 nights. Took three rooms. Scope for improvement: Provide bunk beds/mattress for drivers accomodation. If complimentary is difficult, some customers may be happy to pay. Just a floor mat is not sufficient.

Room service is good but can do more better. Staffs are polite and good service. Everything good, neat, silent and clean. So over all great experience.

Rooms are big but empty. Only with Queen bed and. Less cabinets. Foods are good ( there are rooms for major improvement) During night Too noisy( sound of trucks and buses hons) since the hotel is at the shoulder of an highway... Overall for short and fast stay this hotel is good
